Wetlands Mens Lightweight Slip On Garden Kitchen Hospital Clogs

Bought a pair of these size 9 in May 2016 for my husband. They have been good but the innersoles have finally disintegrated and lots of thorns in the soles so I thought I would treat him to another pair. They have just arrived - say size 9 but they are much smaller than the original pair- length and width ways and he cannot get his feet in them.see picture

First impression on opening the flimsy cellophane wrapping was that these are very light and slightly stiff. They seem more plasticky than rubber, think of a styrofoam picnic plate but perhaps a bit more heavy duty. However they were returned within seconds as being too big, more like a UK 10 than the 9 they were supposed to be. You’d expect this in welly boots to get the thick socks on. So being a clog style and not wellies this would not do, you’d slip around in them or they would fall off.The size 8s have just arrived and fit fine and are comfortable with a slight springiness to them. They will be fine for mooching around the garden, although I suspect the feet may get a bit sweaty after a while, but it is easy to see they will not cope with hard garden labour such as digging or offer much protection from spikes, thorns nails etc. They are fairly ugly really and so I won’t be allowed out in public with them on.

Product appears well made but is way too small. Supposed to be size 12 but nowhere near. There was a little self adhesive “12” label stuck on the bottom of the shoes over the moulded size “45”. This is in reality a size 10/10.5. The inner also had “12” printed on it. These will have to go to my son otherwise this is a total waste of money.

They do what they are meant to do.Waterproof and they don't slip, so if I need to pop into the garden in the rain or it's damp/wet, I can pop these on without having to waste time with wellies/shoes/boots.Also very comfortable and I'm a size 10/44 and they are a perfect fit. They don't slip off the foot and the strap ensures this (Not needed to use it yet)I have got anther pair to keep in the caravan too.Recommended

Great for the job but as they are closed in and synthetic they get very warm on warm days. Just spent the day gardening in them (and it was warm) and at the risk of grossing people out, when I took them off my socks were soaked, not smelly just absolutely soaked in sweat because these don’t let your feet breath much! To be fair my wellies do this too! Having said that it was hot and I wore socks because I figured they would be gross without. I take a 9 but ordered 8 and they are still a slack, roomy fit. They’ll be warm in colder weather and make decent slippers too, just don’t recommend going barefoot in them, bit hot a squelchy! Be good for clinical and catering staff too.

Had these about a month now and I'm very pleased with them, my only complaint, and it's not a big issue is if I need to walk for a while they want to slip off my feet, but i then move the strap around to the back and that sorts it. A previous brand I had didn't do this. The rest of the time, if I need to just nip outside the house or just generally potter around then they are great.They're very comfy and great value for money. Would definitely buy again when I've worn them out.

These are great slip ons for gardening etc. The heel strap keeps them on securely. They're incredibly light and surprisingly comfortable given they're made entirely of plastic. But unless you're going to wear thick socks you might want to try one size smaller than usual, I am always a size 9 but a 9 in these was far too loose and I had to change those for an 8, which fits perfectly.

I've had a pair for years that I wear when popping out into the garden, they are really easy to take on & off. Got these for my husband who thought they were a bit of a daft idea ... but he uses them all the time & it saves cleaning so much crap off the floors
