Because of the good fit and being very absorbent they usually hold everything inside with very little leakage.They smell fresh and are easy to get on and off. I feel they are a good value for the price. We usually use two per day, so the 76 count works well for us

Male, five foot eight inches, 268 lbs FINALLY found a pull up that I can put on easy myself that FITS, IS COMFORTABLE, and keeps urine and bowel movement in the pull up for me ....YEA ... ( my hips and knees hurt so I sit in a computer chair using a pickup grabber in my left hand and a cane in my right hand with the pull up being held to put my legs in one at a time then pulling them up then standing up... While comfortable and affordable, the Extra Absorbency underwear are impervious to leaking. When heavy urine leakage from the bladder occurs the central area of the underwear just can't absorb it fast enough and leakage occurs at the leg opening, despite the dual elastic gathers. Most of the time it's fine but in cases of heavy leakage, they don't do the job.

Size was an excellent fit, comfortable.Had no sterile smell and adult pants didn't itch like other brands purchased in the past. Priced reasonable.

Have tried many brands & sizes & these fit the most complete. A smaller size fits but this brand has better protection in the seat. Immediate absorbency. Only occasional leaks along the inner leg after sitting & that area bunches up a bit.

It covers front and back well, but as far as super absorbent? Not at all. It’s very discreet, and would probably work for minor leakage, but doesn’t work well for moderate incontinence. If they made it thicker it may be more effective. As far as fit though, it’s an awesome pull-up compared to Some of the other brands, many of the other brands of pull-ups that I have tried are really skimpy and narrow, these have generous coverage. Just not absorbing enough.

This is the best product I've found so far. Too bad it has to be so expensive. Insurance will only pay for the cheap awful ones. So a cut in price would be nice. Sizes run a little big, they're very soft and the gel beads really are absorbant

I have spinal stenosis so need to wear these until my surgery. The fit is right on sizing chart was very helpful. The color white was perfect with my clothing. The weight is good. I have experienced no problems with these, no order issues, no leakage. They have been the best I have tried. I am unsure of their capacity as there has been no overflow

First time buying adult diapers,fast to arrive. Larger person wearing,and was a generous fit,would fit a person up to 4xl nicely,lots of stretch.Likely will buy again

Found the leg opening too large and gaping. Rest of the diaper/pants worked pretty good, unless you had a very large amount of urine to put into the underwear/diaper, then it might seep through the material if you were not quick enough to get out of bed after wetting. Also, found if you could wake yourself up enough when urinating, lay on your back and not on your side, had less problems with leaking through the leg opening, that was too large, not enough elastic to hold it tighter to the body. Fix the leg opening and perhaps narrow the amount between the legs and it would be pretty good and not uncomfortable to wear, day or night.
