Nice to keep yoga mat strapped up and for transportation
I needed a strap because I wanted to easily be able to take it to the gym without my mat unraveling. It does the job nicely! Plus the middle strap is nice because otherwise I think it might start unraveling if you only had the outer strap. It's also a lot nicer for storage because my mat would always start unraveling in my closet and it would be really annoying. But now it stays in place. Also the strap itself is nice quality, there wasn't any loose strings or unraveling

Great yoga mat strap
Worth it! I used to use a Velcro yoga mat strap and it was fine until the Velcro got old. This strap is comfortable and way better in my opinion

Works great for my 2” yoga mat
I had no idea how I was going to store my 2” mat (which I didn’t realize would be so large/bulky but I bought it to help with my bad knees. The straps fit perfectly. I only wanted something to keep it in place in my bedroom but it fit the bill. Only thing is that the additional middle Velcro strap doesn’t fit but I don’t think it is necessary anyway, especially for this size.
