Lets me use my existing recharging equipment to service R1234yf systems and nnot have to buy another (3rd) AC macine that costs $3-4000.

1/4 Flare OK, 1/2 Acme adapter not.
The output from the can tap has a correct 1/4 SAE flare male end so it will work with R12 hoses and R12 gauges. Unfortunately, the 1/4 female SAE to 1/2 male Acme thread adapter does not have the correct 1/2 Acme thread profile so it can't be connected to R134 hoses or gauges.
