Used these to set up an indoor greenhouse, initially for an unusual cactus, but I've also been using them for flower seedlings and they've been a great success. Easy to set up, the timer's perfect and they're great value. Couldn't be happier.

I bought two packs of these for propagating my chillis and am very happy with my purchase.The light tubes are a good quality construction, and LEDs are very bright. I've got multiple germination booths set up, and 2x tubes (you get 4 per pack) light up a 60x60cm area very well.The tubes themselves can be daisy-chained, and the timer also acts as a splitter. I've got 8 tubes in total running from one power supply on the same timer, with some extension cables left over. The pack also comes with zip ties to help with cable management, and the double-sided tape that comes with the box is incredibly sturdy.

These lights were a good cost, and definitely helped to grow my seedlings. I tried a smaller USB version first, but that was nowhere near as effective. The timer is nice, and works, but I've found turning it on when I get up, and off when I go to bed works quite well.I haven't yet tried full spectrum, so cannot compare. That said, I'd probably go full spectrum next time, for two reasons. One, the 'blurple' light is quite harsh on the eyes, you can definitely feel it if you've been looking under them for a little. I have made some deflectors to prevent direct line of sight with the lights themselves. Second, I can't help but feel the purple light emanating from my upstairs window, is a bit conspicuous!

I recently watched a YouTube video telling you how to get unlimited Basil. We buy a lot of Basil plants in my house as we love fresh Pesto and so I started cultivating my own basil. The only problem is the variable weather and lack of sun in the winter months. I don't do things by halfs, so step in grow lights...This set is perfect for my needs and the four lights fit perfectly in one of those plastic stoage tubs (I've cut the sides of to make a grow light lid).Pros:- Timer function built in so it will run 3/6 or 12 hours on and off. The instructions were wrong on this part, simply press the button on the timer once for 3 hour, twice for 6 and 3 times for 12 hours.- Multiple brightness levels and the choice of turning the lights on in pairs... this will be very useful when I'm going away and don't want the plants growing a lot so I can keep giving them low light and slow the growth down- Comes with the stickiest tape I have ever had! Don't try cutting this stuff with scissors, use a knife and pull it through from the backing tape- Also comes with other fitting methods such as cable ties- UK plug... I think the pic i saw was of a chinese plug, but my set came with a UK plug which is great!Really happy with this set and the basil is too... already the leaves are a darker green and 'leafier' after just a few days of use.

Great when combined with one of the 3 or tier green houses with the plastic covers as you can set it up indoors and have a strip light on each level. It worked great for growing on seeds and seedlings until they could be moved on. You can set the light up on the timer and you can have some lights come on or not while the others are on.

The only fault I have found is setting the timer function. despite several attempts the settings seem to follow its own time settings ,not mine !Ended up buying mechanical timer.

My succulents were still etiolated. I bought this to support the light requirements needed by my indoor plants for the winter but they ended up pale (string of hearts should be pink with enough light, succulents were greener), etiolated (observed on syngonium and succulents). It really is not strong enough.

I am an amateur gardener. Decided to grow my own tomatoes, gherkins, marrows and herbs. Without proper lighting the seedlings would be too elongated and fragile. I don't have a lot of knowledge of what spectrum of light should be used. My lamps are red and blue coloured LED. It seems to be working but it's too early to tell. The timer feature is very convenient. The lamps turn on in the morning and, depending on what interval of time is preset, turn off themselves. I've set the timer up for 12 hours. It turns the light on at 8am and turns it off at 8pm. There's also an option of 6 and 3 hours a day if your plants get enough sunlight and you just need to give them additional light hours.

De 12 uur in de timer is geen 12 uur! Dus elke dag begint dat licht ongeveer een half uurtje vroeger. Waardoor het dus eerst begon om 9 uur en nu na een week om 5 uur in de ochtend. Als je de ingebouwde timer niet aanzet kan je wel met een externe timer in het stopcontact de uren regelen.

Die Pflanzenlichter habe ich dieses Jahr für die Anzucht von Chili-Pflanzen gekauft. Für eine gleichmäßige Ausleuchtung habe ich je 2 Lampen einfach mit Kabelbindern an ein selbstgebautes Gestell befestigt. Die Steuerung der Lampen über die integrierte Zeitschaltuhr klappt gut, allerdings ist beim ersten Einstellen nicht ganz ersichtlich in welchem Modus sich die Lampe befindet. Der Rhythmus "12h an / 12h aus" hat super funktioniert.

Leuke en gezellige kleur. Sommige van mijn planten zijn al zichtbaar gelukkiger en maken nieuwe bladeren aan. Hoe de rest de groeilampen vindt, zal nog afwachten zijn. Zeker een aanrader!English:Nice and cosy colors. Some of my plants are already showing how happy they are and producing new leaves. We'll have to wait to see how my other plants will react to the growing lights. Big recommendation!
