Quality faucet
This beautifully crafted faucet is just as pictured on the site. The facets in the design adds to the quality look. Very good size on my 30" sink.

Missing parts cost me, time, $$$ and aggravation
I hired a plumber to install this faucet. The hoses were missing. This cannot be installed with generic hoses, they are specific to this faucet. Now I’m stuck with a plumber bill and no faucet. Cannot reorder or wait for parts as leaving here for the winter. So someone’s carelessness cost me time, money and an unfinished job. I don’t write many negative reviews. This is unacceptable to pass off this as new with parts missing.

Our new brushed nickle faucet arrived and I installed it using the detailed instructions supplied by kohler. Typical kohler quality!

beautiful but missing a part needed to install
We bought two of these for the primary bathroom. The first installed with no issues, but the second was missing two of the hoses. Kohler was easy to work with and sent us the correct parts with no issues. Great costomer service and a beautiful faucet.

High Quality Faucet
These are not your budget model faucets. We installed two sets in our master bath double sink. The design is absolutely beautiful. The 1/4 turn valves turn smoothly and effortlessly. The popup works fine. These were the easiest to install faucets I have ever tackled, and I hate plumbing. These were almost fun. You get what you pay for Kohler.
