This is a great electric log burner, makes the room look so cosy, bought stove pipe to make it look more authentic. Heats a room quickly although we bought just for the flame effect. Great price too

This arrived on the say that we were having new radiators fitted in the house and with the door open for a lot of the day and all the heating was turned off so it was cold.Popped our disabled oldie in her very large bedroom with this on and the whole room was soon very toasty.Amazing the difference it made.The unit is quite dinky, but it looks nice, and more importantly it blast out heat, quickly and effectively.Now the normal heating is working, it has been moved to the conservatory, a place that is often chilly. Very happy with my purchase.

I like the look of this heater, it’s not too fussy. I particularly like the fire effect, it’s a comforting & realistic glow. I have the light on even when I don’t need the extra heat. I haven’t needed the higher temperature so far, as I do have central heating. The lower setting is enough of a cosy boost. The only negative is that I don’t think the bulb can be replaced, such a shame - I’ll miss the glow although I’m aware the heater will still work.

The heater arrived quickly and the legs just required 3 screws each to assemble. No other assembly required. The thermostat knob operation does not match the painted marking on the case, but it still works ok. Fan isn't too noisy. Fan heater is at the bottom of the fire, so heats the room nicely from the bottom up (heat rises) so very well designed. This obviously gets hot, so best place on a solid floor / fireplace hearth rather than carpet. There is a separate hearth plate available to stand the fire on, but I didn't need this as its in a fireplace hearth (old open fire).The fire blends in nicely to an old fireplace and at a glance does look like a wood / coal burning stove. Obviously it isn't though, so its just the effect. It would be difficult to even attempt to use it as such as the front door is purely for decoration and does not open anyway.The thermostat works well and controls the room temperature easily and well. I have not yet had to have the fire on the highest heat setting (there are two, 1KW and 2KW), even when snowing outside, so its really efficient.You can have just the light effect on and not the heater, so that is a nice touch and it still 'looks' warm.The controls are not conspicuous and are all together on the top of the right side of the heater. There are only 4, so its not difficult to operate. 3 positive switches for lights and the two heat settings and the thermostat dial (just ignore the markings if yours doesn't line up too).All in all the best choice I could see for the money for both effect and efficiency.

Purchased due to log fire look and to provide background heat for conservatory. Looks better and made better than expected for the money. Basically a nice looking fan heater. Two heat setting and take the chill off conservatory at night, first setting 1 kWh use, second 2 kWh use. Worth it for what I paid off Amazon, and quality ok so far.it is a smaller type log fire so check measurements before u order.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this heater!!! It is so so pretty and cosy!!!!!It heats the room very well, with different heat options, and you can just have the light/flames on and no heat.It was easily assembled.So pleased I bought this.!!!!!

Bought this for my Mum as a replacement for one that stopped working, as the thing with LED lights is that once the bulbs have gone they cannot be replaced.It was a cheap and cheerful replacement and she only ever uses them for the light effect, she is pleased with it and that's all that matters.Haven't used the heat function so cannot comment on that but I expect it to be just as any other fan heater would be.

I bought the able heater I think September/October 2024.Unfortunately last week 12th of January 2025 the feet kept dropping off no matter what I did and know the heater is broken, no heat, no flame lightPeaty the time for returning it back has obviously expiredSo know I have to buy another oneSorry I wouldn't recommend it.That's the problem I was faced with
