Dermatonics Heel Balm with Manuka Honey, Suitable for Diabetics, 60 ml

After trying other well known foot creams with no long term success, I was on the verge of booking a podiatry appointment thinking something was seriously wrong with my feet as no matter what I did, foot pumice, creams etc, I couldn’t seem to get rid of very rough skin. Add to that a little athletes foot breakouts, my skin was really suffering after the steroid cream. I was about to contact the local foot clinic when I noticed on their social media page a recommendation for this balm. Worth a try I thought. What a find. This is amazing. I love the fact it’s in a tube. You can dispense a small amount very easily. It has a very delicate scent. It’s quite thick, yet easily absorbed and isn’t sticky or greasy. Why is it amazing? It does what it says, and very quickly too. Within days, I noticed an improvement in the smoothness of my skin. I’ve been using it now for 4 weeks and my feet are the softest they have ever been. I’ve recommended this balm to anyone who will listen. Apologies for the feet photos, but I think the difference is amazing. Excellent value for money. Cannot recommended enough. Five stars from me.

I have bought this foot cream a few times at the chiropodist and now a couple of times from Amazon. It works so quickly on your heels. I usually like to change creams for the body, finding that always buying the same creams becomes boring but because this cream works so well on hard skin on the feet It would be stupid to change to a different product. This foot cream is excellent.

Bought this due to having Manuka Honey. Somebody told me its very good at healing. I know honey is good in many ways.This product, is very good at soothing and softening.After, putting on, i wait a few minutes to soak in before putting socks on. I've only used it once a day not twice like the packet says. Possibly depends how dry is your skin.

i love this! my heels loves this, it takes a night or two to have an amazing effect when its extremely dry. But i also use it once or twice a week just to ensure that my feet is always soft and crack free.

My fiancé has always had hard skin on her feet, they looked like the curse of the mummy, a snarly dog chewed toy sort of look to her feet. Now they are smooth and baby soft! Absolutely recommend! If it can fix my missus feet, it can fix yours!

This heal balm I use I’ll over my feet. Really soft and helps with drying. Also Amazon has the best value for this particular product. Great value

Didn't really make much difference and had this on 3 month subscription so gave it enough time to work. Disappointing

This product is incredible! Take it from a girl who lives in a Florida tropical area and all I wear is flip flops! My feet were awful, and have been all of my life. And after just a few applications, my feet were soft and the cracked heels were so much improved! And after using 2 weeks, I have pretty feet again! All you need is a small amount with each application and the softness is amazing! It has a light scent and I believe it is a good value as I still have 1/4 amount of product left and my next shipment is arriving in a few days.

Love this stuff! The bottoms of my feet sound like sand paper on my carpet, but I started using this and omg my feet feel great.

I ordered 4 different dry skin lotions, 2 with lanolin, this one, and another with aloe. This one is by far the best! It's less waxy than most, it absorbs in few minutes and leaves skin supple, hydrated, and smooth. My heals were much better the next day and so were my hands. I ordered a second bottle right away. I'd highly recommend this lotion for dry skin. It has a pleasant smell of citrus.

I am diabetic with constant cracked heels; had them for years, decades! I remember learning that honey is supposed to be a great healer on skin issues, so I took a chance on buying this product. It works great on heels that have just been "sanded", but it doesn't make rough, dry, cracked heels get better, it just keeps them soft as long as I continue sanding my heels before using it. I guess I was hoping for a "miracle" where I wouldn't have to weekly sand my heels and then put on a lotion/cream type product. It does smell nicely, and on sanded heels it does make them feel smooth and softer. I'll continue my quest for the perfect product, though!
