I waited to write a review until I had the chance to install and use this awning. Ths company has great customer service. The roller had a defective section. The company quickly delivered a replacement part. No hassles. You must use their e-mail address and be specific about your needs.I am enjoying the awning. I assembled it myself. The instructions are a bit confusing, but it does make a strong effort to inform. I had a friend help me with rolling the fabric onto the roller and attaching the final assembly to the house. It went smoothly. I recommend being patient and taking your time with assembly. I am pleased with the results.

Awning looks great! Installation was a breeze.

I really liked this and it works great, perfect for my small deck. My only issue was finding someone to install it which isn't the fault of the manufacturer. I hired a handyman and he said the directions were not that easy to understand and he finally went online to watch a video and figured it out. Then the next morning due to it's weight and how he hung it, it fell off the house. Then he put it together wrong and ruined the front bar. He claims he tried to get a replacement and had no luck & while I waited for him to buy me a new shade I emailed the company myself....They responded immediately and sent me a parts list and replaced the parts for free and they were at my house within 3 days. The company was so great about helping me. A neighbor and I replaced the parts ourselves and now it's in perfect condition. It's a great little shade for the price. I recently changed the deck floor to composite materials which gets blistering hot and this keeps my dogs and I cool and also keeps the kitchen from getting so hot by blocking the sun.

I was a little skeptical when I ordered this awning that for the price the quality might not be great, but I was willing to give it a try.I could not be happier with the quality of the product and the customer service from this company. The materials used are of good quality, with the machining, hardware, and paint done well. I was able to assemble the awning by myself and will only need help to set the awning in the mounting brackets, later this week when my son can get over to give me a hand. I had a small issue with a missing wall mount bracket, and the company was very responsive and resolved the issue within hours.I am very impressed with the product and the service.

This is not a quality awning but the price was low so I got what I paid for I guess. The small front rail came bent and scratched. Working on getting that replaced now. The instructions are not complete, there was a page separate from the booklet about the roller arm......we were passed that point when it was found and already frustrated with the poor directions! Then fine tuning the arms so it rolls up correctly was just as fun and as long as assemblIng the awning. That was possibly due to the front bent rail but overall frustrating start to finish. Buyer beware

First off thank you to seller for correcting the mistake in the color shade sent! Best customer service EVER! I ordered gray/white and got the ocean blue/white. Husband started installing before I got home to check the delivery. Even with the wrong color - I must say it gives a beautiful pop of color! Took a few attempts for my husband and dad to figure out how to get straight- but with some tweaking they got it up. Just beware this drops about 2 feet below where it is installed. As you can see it’s quite low due to my how my shed it set up. Still this is perfect to keep me sheltered from the baking CA sun! Thank you!

This product was delivered very quickly. Fabric is sturdy, exact to size, took approx. 1 (one) hour to set up. Everything needed is included with clear, easy to understand instructions. Works like a dream.
