I bought this chair to replace what I can only describe as the 'Hell Chair'. I've had the old chair for a few years, and to preface this, I should also add that I have several crippling genetic health problems, most notably being my Ehlers Danlos syndrome, my fibromyalgia and recently, severe sciatica. I had a terrible episode a few months ago and could only directly attribute it to my chair, and when I'd recovered some in january, I tried sitting on the old chair again and immediately was back in bed in agony. It was then that I finally bit the bullet, admitted I needed a new chair and went browsing for a chair that could hold extra weight but would also suit someone who works from home for long hours.Mobility, comfort, and durability. The Killabee model had it all and at a reasonable price - so I bought it. The chair came extremely promptly, to both delight and surprise, and I put it all together myself. By hand, no electric screwdriver needed. It comes with several allen keys, one with a corkscrew handle that proved the most useful, and even a right angled screw-tipped key! Everything fit together extremely well - nothing was misaligned, and it was all very easily laid out in the instructions. Once assembled - it took me half an hour alone and I'm very disabled remember - I tested it out and it was like sitting on a cloud. Super comfortable seat with a nicely moulded back design, very comfortable lumbar and neck support, adjusted to a perfect height easily. It held my weight well and slotted perfectly into my desk.I waited a couple more days and then, even with my medications having ran out, sat in the Killabee chair for six hours! Without pain!? Thinking I'd wake the next day unable to move, I was pleased to find I could move. And with a refill prescription sorted and downed, I managed to sit in comfort (with breaks to stretch muscles) for twelve hours. I was astonished. I was in very little pain, I had no leg numbness, my coccyx felt supported, my back straighter and even when something twinged a bit, I merely used the additional massage lumbar cushion to help ease those tiny tensions. I'm on my third consecutive day of sitting - feeling very confused and very pleased.I didn't expect to ever sit at my desktop like this again for long periods, in comfort, so I could work with heightened focus but here I am.If anything should change, I will edit my review to reflect it, but so far. So good. Awesome chair, I definitely recommend it.

Mine came with broken packaging, paid £210 and weeks later same chair is discounted to £185 because of damaged packaging, well mine was the most damaged package I've ever received from Amazon and I paid full price. Chair itself is decent product. Some downsides is the leather warms up fast and is hot to sit on, the arms are flimsy and not as comfortable as a full arm-rest and the instructions have some grammatical errors but you don't really need the text just the visuals so they do the job

The chair arrived quickly, well packaged and all bits included, nice and easy to build, on completion of building the chair squeaked and rattle, and the back of the chair was quite wobbly, thought it might settle, couple of days later and the back had go much worse, to the point it keeps falling down, so i unzipped the back cover to find what i can only describe as the worst welding i have ever seen! the pipes that are the frame were all rusty, the welds were horrendous, only attached at 1 side, to the point where there was no support for the back tube and this has broken, i contacted killabee who have not answered, so contacted amazon support, they said i could return the chair for a refund, however there courier was not collecting and i have been left in limbo by amazon with a completely unusable chair, they have no estimate on when the courier will be able to collect and i should just keep contacting them to see when courier will be available, this could take months, after speaking with a very rude manager, who decided he wanted to end the chat and hung up, i recontacted spoke with another manager who said the same, i should just keep contacting them, totally shocking from a company such as amazon. i have added pictures for you to see for yourself the state of the welding inside the chair, obviously will never buy another one of these and advise you to stay clear. killabee a company selling high value items that are total junk!

Good chair. Very supportive and comfortable. Assembly was no problem for me alone. The only problem was delivery. I live on the third floor with no lift. The delivery driver left the box, which is quite heavy, just inside the door at ground level instead of ringing my bell when I would have gone down and helped him with it. I was left to my own devices. Not what I expected.

To start, and for anyone wanting to buy.... This chair was £10 cheaper before the Cyber Monday sale (5th Nov)It's not comfy for meIt's too wide (is this chair for a wide person?)Should of stuck with a fabric chair....Too much cold plasticAwkwardly positioned plastic adjustment paddles are right under the armrest supportsThe armrests move around too much, You can't lock them stillAnd most of all, when using the lumber cushion it pushes me forward so mylegs are not supported correctly under the kneesLets face it.....I just don't like it

I was looking for a comfortable office chair and this had good reviews. The seat is good, well padded but as it is advertised as a big and tall chair I had hoped that it raised up higher than it does. My misunderstanding as it obviously refers to the chair rather than the type of person sitting in it!

I'm 6'5 and 160-170kg chair fits well and is comfortable assembly wasn't too hard either took about half an hour and all the tools needed are provided with chair there is also a video on how to assemble online which was a great help I can't tell you about a creeking sound because I'm deaf but all feels good the chair has a lumbar support massager thing included but it's not greatTLDRGood chair assembly easy enough so far so good

Chair is great, so comfortable! Had a problem with the arm rest breaking after 1 day and the massage pillow didn't work but I sent the seller a message and they sent out replacements really quickly!
