Fun Communication Game
I got this game in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are mine.Game Play:The game play is really fun and easy. Just roll and get started moving your piece around the board. When you land, just read the card and start communicating. So simple and fun.Pros:easy to play, gets kids communicating, starts some great conversations, helps explores feelings, fastCons:I am not sure why for a kids game, there is a parent stack. This addresses some deep adult issues that although kids might be exposed to, has nothing to do with there feelings.I just played the game without this set.Overall:Great game. For some kids opening up and talking can be difficult. This game helps them do it in a fun way where they are not forced to talk. By playing in a fun relaxed manner, they feel less pressurize and the socialization comes more naturally. For a more detailed review with some game suggestions, follow the link:[...]

Our thirteen year old was able to give good answers to whatever dilemma
We have only played this game once. Some of the questions seem very rudimentary. Our thirteen year old was able to give good answers to whatever dilemma. Either he's smart or has been taught well.

Great game for any child but especially for those with special needs such as social skills or daily living skills reinforcement
I have actually purchased this game twice, once for my own family and once for a nephew as a gift. The game is fantastic, teaches social skills, and daily living skills in a fun manner, the kids actually ask to play again!

Age appropriate for 12 year old if they are married, have kids and work a corporate job.
Definitely not for 12 or 14 year olds. Whether it be the questions about finding cocaine and rolled up $100 bills in your neighbor's house or their 16 year old daughter telling them she is pregnant. Just realize these are heavy topics. Not a feel good board game. We laughed because it was so dark. We will not play again. You basically win because the roll of the dice. Creates open dialogue but not really situations teens will experience for a long time. We enjoy games that are fun and challenging.
