Was purchased as a replacement for home made foil box to hold car key fobs. Does a great job isolating fobs. Tested couple cars thoroughly. Issues are lack of color choice and is pricey. Despite working well, I plan to add a layer of foil inside.

Keeps my expensive vehicles safe from keyfob signal jacking. Works perfectly.

The anchor pegs attaching the hinge of the lid to the body of the box simply slide out of position so the entire lid pops off when opening. The latch on the lid is smooth, without texture so when closed is difficult to pry open. Finally the signal blocking is ineffective. The bluerooth connection to a speaker is uninterrupted when my phone is placed inside, while a faraday bag I purchased cuts the signal tight away.

Final update: I was able to contact the seller, since I was out of the return window. They immediately offered to send me a replacement box which arrived fast and works as it should, so changing my rating to 4 stars, hoping it keeeps on working. Certainly the prettiest of these boxes, not some fake leather crap. Hinges are a bit flimsy, so be careful with it, but should do what it's supposed to do for a long time if treated with care.Update: tested it again, tightly closed, if I walk to my car with the box I can open the car and drive away just fine. So doesn't work at all anymore, completely useless. Nice box, but certainly not worth the $ for just a box with no advertised functionality. Unfortunately my return window closed, I bought this a while before my new car arrived to have it handy day one, I contacted the seller to see what they say.Old review:I was hoping this would work by just tossing my key in and flopping the lid down, but it doesn't. Took it to my car and could open the doors just fine. Once I click that shackle thing shut it does work. A slightly annoying extra step that should not be necessary.Box itself looks very nice and is well made, so still deserves 3 stars. Just strange that the shielding does not work if the lid is just a tiny bit open, as in less than 1mm in the front.

Good quality and an effective place to store electronics and things with NFC capabilities.

Keep my car keys in this attractive box for added security. Works for me!

Broken hinges when open.I would love to return if it can block wifi,4G. But IT DOESN'T WORK.

Blocks the signals from the key fobs, even blocks cell phone signals. Wish there were different colors offered.
