I researched a few Keratin treatments and found this one on Amazon. I really wanted to do a review for future buyers. I am a real person and this is not a paid review. I bought this for my daughter who is African American, her hair is about a 4C. She has been relaxer free 2 years, The keratin took me about 3 hours total. I didn't get real strong fumes but I did do it on our balcony, still had a few times the fumes made my eyes watery but nothing major, so well ventilated area is a must. The reason I gave 4 stars is because it did work great!! My daughters hair looked like she got a relaxer HOWEVER she no longer has curly natural hair, there a few pieces that are still curly but for the most part, you will loose your curl pattern, so if you do not want to be straight until the keratin wares out I would not buy this product. Her hair is very manageable, I can flat iron it in a few minutes and it looks awesome, very soft and a lot of body. I only put some coconut oil on it and that's all... She is happy for now but she is 14 and wanted her hair straight for a while but I think she is secretly missing her curls.

The product didn't especially work for me,but the customer service is outstanding. He really takes pride in his product. I applied it on my friend and it worked for her. It won't make your hair as straight as chinese hair as some review claims but they are deinitely straight and dont shrink when its humid.Tips: you should expect the fumes and the eyes watering. Definitely not as bad as I imagined when done in a well ventilated area. I did it on the balcony and I would rate the fumes and eyes watering a 4 on a scale of 10. YOU have to be very patient, plan 4 hours. Take tour time. FOR 4 B texture and up wait 4 days to be safe. Don't tie your hair at all durino this time. LASTLY when you rinse your hair after the 4 days DO WEAR GLOVES. MY hands got super irritated from not wearing gloves for the final shampoo.

The picture on the left is my hair air dried before and on the right is air dried after this product. No flat iron or anything. The smell is okay until the chemicals hit. You really need in a ventilated area!! My husbands hair is super curly for a white guy and it didn’t seem to do as much; really kind of a relaxer for his curls. This did exactly what I wanted-frizz gone! Not sure how long it lasts. I’ll add to my review once I find out.

I bought this and did it right away. I read all of the reviews good and bad and realized that it does take time time and discipline if I want to succeed. I once saw a video where the stylist said it takes 2 or hours of your time but it will save you hundreds of hours that is a great trade isnt it? my hair is long, frizzy and wavy. The fumes were strong but I was prepared and it didn't bother me. It took me 3.5 hours with my sisters help, my hair is beyond what i dream off I love love love it.I recommend it to anyone who is not happy with their hair

I heard about Gold Label treatment from a friend that told me that she bought 34oz bottle and shared with her daughter, they both have long and full hair and needed 6oz each. She is a Dominican and has really coarse hair. She works on straightening her hair 2 hours every 3 days with a flat iron. Can you imagine? That is insane. But now that she did the Gold Label treatment she is a changed person and loves her hair. I applied it as instructed and love the results, I am so happy my friend referred me.

I like it. my hair it sooo soft and silky. NO MORE PERM for me.The only thing is when the new growth is coming in. I don't know what to do. Can I do it again just on the new growth? Or do I have to wait the next 4-6 months to reapply? idk.. That's what I questioning

I want the product back, because I need it but it came completely scattered inside the package.
