Worth buying!
It’s really hard to find someone that places everybody while on the AIP. This was a hit. It tastes great and easy to make. I highly recommend and I will be buying it again.

Delicious and easy
I’m on the AIP diet and this mix makes great waffles that are autoimmune protocol appropriate. Quick and easy, I like them even better than regular waffles because of the slightly crispy outside and the soft inside. Great with strawberries and a little honey, but you don’t even need the honey because the tiger nut flour has a little sweetness to it already.

Flavor and value for my money
Texture is different then what I’m use too. But the flavor was surprisingly delicious. I use this mix to make pancakes. Will order again.

No upset stomach!
When you’re used to eating only clean foods, your tastebuds change. Someone who isn’t used to eating this clean will probably find the taste bland, but I found it very tasty! It wasn’t greasy and it wasn’t difficult to cook. I’m not sure why others had some struggles with these things. I loved it and it doesn’t hurt my stomach at all.

Tastes like cardboard
These were really simple to make, however they are dry and remind me of eating cardboard. To top it off, there’s a really funky aftertaste. The only way to get them down is to drown them in maple syrup.

Great replacement for pancakes when you are allergic or intolerant to many foods.
Pancakes are one of those foods it’s hard to replace if you are on AIP or allergic and intolerant to many foods. It has milk, eggs etc.I use cold coconut milk or Elmhurst hazelnut milk or whatever (milk you can tolerate). Follow the directions exactly. I get a really good maple syrup since that is allowed on AIP. My husband who doesn’t have food issues loves these.

Good. Little gritty. Expensive.
These are great alternative if on the AIP diet. I did find them a little gritty though. Of course I didn’t go in with the expectation that they were going to be fluffy buttermilk pancakes. These tiger nut pancakes can also get expensive. The recipe/instructions on back are for one medium to large pancake. I got maybe 6 pancakes out of the whole bag. Definitely follow the directions for best results. I didn’t think it mattered to whisk the coconut milk and oil first, but it does. Also, these pancakes take longer to cook. Make sure the pancake is fully cooked on bottom and fairly dry on top before flipping. I like to heat frozen blueberries with maple syrup in the microwave and put on top. The pancakes can be dry, so the juice from the blueberries helps moisten them without adding a lot of maple syrup. Obviously not the best pancakes I’ve had but they do the job if you are craving pancakes and trying to avoid grains.

The best AIP pancakes
You have to oil the pan well to be able to flip them the first time, but these are by far the best AIP pancakes. We have tried several recipes with no success. These are pricey, but when you are doing AIP it's so nice to have this convenience. This has become a staple in our home! 5 starts! No, they don't taste like bisquick, but it's because these are different ingredients.
