They are very lightweight, not at all like a towel so don't think they are tapestry or a towel. Having said that, the colours are vibrant and beautiful. When laid out, it's a very nice large picnic setting.

It is soooo lightweight and ieasy to pack in my beach bag without taking up alot of room. It is colorful and beautiful and looks exactly as pictured. This is my second one, the first one lasted 7 years before getting a hole in it, the colors had faded a bit but still it looked pretty. I was surprised it didn't wear out sooner because I washed it frequently!

It looks as pictured so I am happy with that. The reason it did not get 5 stars from me is because of the awful chemical smell. I have it sitting outside after each wash because I can't take how bad the smell is. If I can get it out then it will serve its purpose as a tablecloth. It is very pretty and the colors are vibrant.

I was worried about this being too thin compared to previous ones I purchased but it's actually thicker than the other options. I'm very pleased with it and I cant wait to use it !

More like a thick sheet, but who cares, it’s a beautiful ground cover for a picnic, shawl for after swimming, wall hanging…I liked it so much I bought one for my daughter in law and her new baby to play on outdoors.
