Absolutely perfect!!

The only problem we have with this product is our iPad and cellphone slides down in it. I wish there was a clip that would hold up the bottom of the device.

I work as a case-aide meaning I transport children to and from supervised visits with their parents when dealing with CPS/DCS. I travel a lot and travel far so at times the children get bored. I bought this in hopes of getting rid of the issue of children fighting over my iPad that I let them use to watch movies. This eliminates the need for children to reach for the device which has been a lifesaver for me as I cannot stand it when children fight over something so trivial and argue over “turns”. This stays steady and firm when adjusted correctly. It is very easy to do although if you’re trying to handle it from driver’s seat, may be a bit difficult. Also do not like how at times it feels like I need a second person although could just be a me issue as I know it can do it myself successfully.I have an 11 inch iPad and there is still someone room with the Amazon product meaning most likely a 12 inch can fit into it. Also when tightening the screws onto the headrest, it is a bit weird one screw goes one way and the other the other way. This is pretty easy to use once you figure out what does what, I often have children as young as five in my car be able to figure it out.

Worked great for road trips but can be a pain to turn around use when needed. Not ideal for kids in car seats

This mount works great. The mount itself is heavy and sturdy, but the headrest brackets clamp down firmly, so it'll probably last at least a year of continual commercial use (and probably beyond). I use this mount for rideshare driving so my customers can choose their own background music off my 4th Gen iPod Touch. I've found that it's best to separate the audio for my Bluetooth headset connected phone so I can silently take personal calls and listen to GPS navigation while all the customer hears is their audio selection over the car speakers. Oftentimes, customers want to connect their cell phones via Bluetooth or auxiliary cable to the car speaker system, choose music off my mp3 player, listen to the radio, or go silent altogether, and this mount helps facilitate that wider range of choice. It also comes with four USB charging ports (3 USB A and one USB C), so that puts the possible USB ports available to customers in my car to about 6-10. Takes a few responsibilities off me as I drive. The mount itself can be set to float in between the front two seats, freeing up valuable real estate on the center console and the backs of the front seats. Coupled with a Cargo vending box, free water in insulated backseat organizers, and a trash bag, and my car is transformed into a taxi service / mobile jukebox / vending machine / mini-fridge / charging station / VIP lounge / trash service. Heck, if this really takes off, maybe I'll pull the coup de grâce, destroy my customers' brains, and spring the extra money for some heated massage seat cushions. Not sure if I'm going to go the extra mile and have advertisements painted on my car exterior, but at that point, why the hell not? Pretty much a synergistic license to print money. Capitalism at its finest. So far, it all works together in contributing to an all around next level professional party bus rideshare atmosphere with maximum convenience and choice hailed as the prevailing themes. Or at least, that's my take on what America is all about. So, do yourself a favor, make the American choice, and buy this mount. Because AWESOMENESS = MONEY = AMERICA.

I really want to like this as the concept is beautiful. I needed an arm holder since I have a 2020 Traverse that does not have a center headrest in the second row and I wanted something to be able to reach over from the side seats to float in the middle seat for our rear facing toddler\infant seat.The adjustment for holding it in place is great for fitting in our small head rest bars. However fully extended since it is aluminum be prepared to see slight sag as the inner extension reaches almost the complete end of the larger extension. It would work better if they had a forced stop on the inner larger tube for better stability.The issue I have is the auto retracting arm\face works great retracting out but the concept is you should be able to retract it back in to hold the tablet in place, but it just does not work for me. i tried with a Samsung Tab A, Nvidia Shield K1, Ipad, and Samsung Galaxy Tab and they all fall out and are not able to be held in place. I can get it to hold in place if I use a rubber kids holder on one of the tablets and literally wedge/jam it into place but still sometimes falls out.I dont know if I got a dud as all the other reviews were great, which was the reason I purchased this but sadly I wouldn't recommend this product

This mount is much more sturdy than another design that we had. I don’t have to worry about my kids bumping it getting in and out of the car and it breaking. I didn’t read the directions when I put it together so it took me a little longer than it should have and would have been so easy to snap together if I would have just looked at it. It’s a little heavier than others that we have had but I feel like I can trust this to hold the iPad safely and remain in place if something were to happen. I have an iPad Pro 12.9” and it holds with no problems.
