DuWop Cosmetics Lip Venom Lip Plumping Balm - Original

The product I received was much smaller than advertised in the description, they advertised .2oz of product. I received .12oz of product which was half. This is my 2nd attempt to review this so others can see but they keep rejecting my review.

Do not waste your money. This product does not plump your lips. It does give your lips a tingling sensation that lasts for less than an hour. it does work as a nice lip gloss and that's it. But really do you want to pay $15 for a plain ol regular gloss?? Not worth it at all especially considering how tiny the container is😤

It doesn’t work at all. I wasn’t expecting a huge difference but it actually doesn’t do anything. I bought a lip plumper at Walmart by e.l.f for $3 and it works better than this one. I’m really disappointed that I spent the money on this product. It’s also very thick and gooey. It will be going in the trash can...

I was feeling nostalgic when I purchased this plumper on a whim. It used to be a staple product in my party clutch during my college days. Perhaps my makeup knowledge and standards have grown as I did, but, this time around, Lip Venom left much to be desired. The gloss itself gave my look an overly-lacquered, late 90s vibe. Instead of a sexy, plump pout, my lips looked irritated and blotchy, as if I had drank a big glass of red koolaid spiked with habanero peppers. It also distorted pigment of my cool mauve lippie, turning it a red-stained color that was much too angry for daytime. Nevertheless, thank you, DuWop, for a trip down memory lane!

Don't waste your money... Try 2faced. ive heard that product works great, that's what ill be trying myself. This was such a disappointment for me, because I was so excited and had high hopes. Its like Glue on your lips, no matter what. and no matter what I did I was consandly having to pull my hair off my stick nasty lips. this product did nothing at all, it didn't plump it didn't do nothing. I could have bought Elmer's glue and gotten the same effect. for a great deal cheaper!

This product is super small, the packaging makes it look large and then you realize you get a thimble full and for that price I expected more. It's painful when you put it and and I didn't notice any plumping effect. Also, my lips dried out so badly I had to use Blistex for a week, they were cracked and dry, something I've never had before unless I was sick, which I'm not.

I have used it for a couple days now, as far as plumping up my lips, it hasn’t worked for me. It does make a nice lip gloss. The tube is very small and just using it as a lip gloss would only last a week or a little more. I’m undecided if I’m going to return it or keep it only as a lip gloss. I’m giving this a 3 star not for lip plumping but for the nice gloss. The first picture is without and the second is with.

Works. Not better than most though. It does help
