This is a very nice set for 4. It is very sturdy and the bowls, especially, are a nice design and hold a lot. It was an excellent bargain.

These dishes are beautiful. They are more of a cream color, which is exactly what I was looking for. They were packed perfectly, and nothing was damaged or missing. I would give this set six stars if I could.

These dishes are beautiful. They are bone white vs white-white, its beautiful. The design has a nice texture. The sizes are standard, which I love. They stack well.

These are great quality and can easily be dressed up for any season. Love them!

These dishes are lovely and have a good sturdy weight for daily use, but are lighter than stoneware which is why I bought them. I worried when the box arrived with a few holes and one corner smashed in, but the packing materials completely protected the dishes inside. I have only two issues so far—the undersides of the dishes are too rough and some have debris from the firing that could scratch the dishes when stacked. I think this is a common problem in cheaper porcelain dishes—I know it’s not fine china—but a little more effort at cleaning the bottom edges before firing would make these much better. As it is, I’m using paper towels between stacked dishes until I can make some cloth protectors. One of the bowls has some visible imperfections, but honestly, I’m not fussed about it. I’m actually surprised they came with so few. So far they only get hot in the microwave in the parts where hot liquid heats the mugs and bowls. The mug handles have not been hot. If they continue to please me, I’ll buy a second set for when my kids come to visit. I wash my dishes by hand, so I’m glad these have texture on the edges for grip and that they are not heavy. The color is bone—they are not bone china (the listing seems to suggest they are).

Nice pattern and easy to handle, not a heavy pottery. Bowls are a wonderful size for soup and cereal.2 bowls were broken in transit but were replaced with no hassle.Our only criticism is that there are no serving pieces offered in the pattern!

Beautiful plate and bowl set

I was excited when I saw these coffee mugs that matched my dinnerware set. I have had for 3 years that I bought from the original maker of these Gibson Home. They came with the double bowls. They did not come with the mugs at that time,They do match my dinnerware set perfectly in color and design. However that is where my excitement ended. The quality is seriously lacking in comparasion. And believe me I only spent 35.00 at Walmart for the set. These mugs 2 of them are missing the glaze in a spot and feels like sand paper or concrete. One actually looks like a large thumb print was on it and removed the glaze? Strange. The bottoms are also discolored on the bottom with black marks?Since I am only going to use these on my coffee mug tree for display I guess I will just deal with it. For I have seen the same set for 30.00 on Amazon. Maybe they are the good ones and these are just the seconds? I am kind of sad because now, I would not want anyone to actually use them. Kinda look, but not close don't touch and use item.THESE ARE NOT 15oz THEY ARE 12oz- Just found that out for that I would most certaintly have never bought these!
