I bought two. The height of the pillow has made a great head pillow eliminating neck pain. I didn’t expect that. I also use one between the knees without using the strap. Glad I bought two.

Nice quality, effective
I purchased this specifically because it had an adjustable velcro band with an extension. Everything is nice quality and works well. Pillow stays in place even with all my tossing and turning. The foam seems to hold up and does not go flat as of now. My only complaint is the velcro edges are sharp and uncomfortable on bare legs. I cut the toe off of a tube sock and threaded the band through, and viola no uncomfortable velcro.

Game Changer for Side Sleepers
A game changer!! I have very wide hips and this is the first time in years I haven’t woken up with pain in both my hips and lower back. I feel fantastic!! Recommend to anyone with this problem.

It’s in the way.
I had a hard time trying to get used to this attached to my leg. It doesn’t have much flex in it, and it gets hot. It was in the way if you moved a bit, and if you make a bathroom trip in the middle of the night you have to turn it to the side or remove it. I’m sure it’s fine for some people but just didn’t work for me.

I purchased this product because I am a side sleeper and have been experiencing sciatic pain. I saw a similar product on the internet but didn’t want to wait several days for delivery. This product had the same description and was available the next day. It is very well made and provides the promised relief.

This was a pregnancy sleeping game changer for me
I friggin love this thing. I tried the big giant pregnancy pillows to try to relieve the round ligament pain (and lightning crotch for those who know the joys) but I felt like those were all too big and bulky, and I was constantly kicking them away in my sleep because they were so HOT. This little pillow though, I can strap it on, it stays put, takes up almost no room, and stays cool - even as it gets hotter out. Don't waste money on the giant "pregnancy pillows", use this thing. You can thank me later!
