This is very easy to assemble. This is our 2nd one. Only issue was damage was done to one corner of the table, but there was no obvious damage to the packaging. They even put extra padding on the corners, so I can only assume the damage was done before it was packed. I haven’t contacted the company about this issue because it isn’t a BIG deal, just not perfect.

The media could not be loaded.  Outdoor dining set in good packaging. When I opened the package, I saw that many details were handled very well. Each part of the product was individually packaged, so are the screws. Because of this careful packaging the products came without any wear and tear. I first laid the box on the floor and put all the accessories on the box. This effectively prevents wear during installation.To install the four legs of the table, I first inserted the screws but did not tighten them. Afterwards I tightened the screws on the four legs after installing the link ring in the middle of the table. Each screw has a washer. This is what I like because most of the other products I buy don't have washers. The table took me about 20 minutes to install.After installing the accessory F under the chair seat, I inserted the swivel base below and then installed the armrests and backrest on both sides of the chair. That was easier. Separate the screws and nuts that are in a bag first. It will be easier to tell. I used about 15 minutes for each chair and a total of an hour for four chairs. The chair is very comfortable and had a slight sway. The chair colors and fabrics are what we like. It goes so well with my outdoor kitchen colors. We set up this table and chairs next to the outdoor kitchen. We would have afternoon tea and sometimes barbecue here. This tabletop is excellent, waterproof and easy to clean. There is a hole in the middle to insert the umbrella. We have been using it for a while. The chair will dry quickly after it rains, and any accidental spills can be washed away with water. We all like this outdoor patio dining table and chair set. Satisfying shopping experience!

Fair quality and craftsman ship. Get what you pay for. Not bad for what you pay

Seller worked well with us to replace the table that had arrived scratched. Chairs were in great shape. Like the design. Of course shipping companies these days to not do well with merchandise anymore. USPS, FedEx, UPS all the same.The product is very well built and the directions are fairly easy to follow if you can use pictures instead of words. I had no problems since that is kinda easy for me. Also, they give you a few extra parts as well and the tools to put them together with are included.

I know this is supposed to be a product review, but I can't say enough good things about the company Phi Villa. The patio set was sent in 3 packages, the table came earlier than the chairs, which was fine. Amazon marked the set as delivered, so I reached out to the company just to make sure that the chairs were still coming. I received an answer in less than 24 hours with tracking numbers for the other 2 boxes, which came several days later, all within the expected delivery range. When I unpacked all of the boxes, I found that the table was cracked. My message was once again answered in less than 24 hours. Once I sent pictures of the damage, they sent me a new table, without the burden of returning the old one. I ordered this set on January 27 and the entire issue has been resolved to my satisfaction as of February 19. I am just so pleased with the level of customer service. And so now to the product - it is a perfect size for my little lanai, and the chairs are very comfortable. The table is very sturdy. I'm sure I will have this set for many years to come.

looks nice on our small deck. The chairs are nice and comfortable. Only sat in them 3 times and the bottom foot of the chair came off already. Was hoping it would be sturdier and last many years. Weird that it didn't match the higher chair and table we bought from the same company and has the same color.

I did contact the company I bought it from through Amazon and they were going to send me a new table but I have yet to receive it two weeks later. I really liked the set but the table top is very cheaply made and I do not feel I have been fairly treated in regards to fixing the problem. I am still waiting after contacting them right away about the table top.
