I love the appearance of this. I bought it to add a cozier ambiance to my apartment. I run the fire feature 24/7 and it's still going strong after mutliple months. The flame pattern looks realistic even though you can still tell it isn't real.I don't use the space heater feature because I don't need it but when I tested it out it provided decent heat. The only thing about the space heater feature I don't like is that the model I received doesn't have a dial to control the level of heat, it only has a switch for high or low heat. I see pictures of others in the reviews that have a dial so I'm not sure why there's a discrepancy.

Kitty cat approved & Super cute! Love the Mini fireplace logs & very happy you can have the flame effect without heater on. Senior cat will love his bed in front of this in the colder weather! Quiet & easy to put to gether, but getting those screws in legs could be easier. Thumbs up for price point & quality!

We bought this heater for the cold days of winter and it works. The heater gives off a good amount of heat for it's size. Definatle would buy again. We have the heater on a ceramic tile floor and works perfectly.

I like most everything about it except the burning smell every once in a while. The top stays cool to the touch which is really nice. Mostly I use it to warm up my socks and feet but after some time it does heat up the room well.

I needed a small heater for my living room (I live in 1100 sq ft with 4 cats 😹) and this little guy is perfect. I’ve never been a fan of fake fires but the flames are tasteful and pleasant. Heats the space well on the low setting (PNW so not that cold). I would buy it again.

Had this for about two months and it has been great so far. Our other heater lights up red at the bottom where the heat comes out - this one does not. I prefer with the red light because it warns you that that area is hot, but nevertheless a great product. The fire looks very realistic (many people have asked if it’s real), and it seems to be more effective at heating our space than our whole house heater! We have one downstairs and one upstairs (different brand upstairs) and these are great for keeping a space warm. Also, our downstairs is quite spacious, and this heater still does a great job warming the space.Note: I was concerned about the legs when I was attaching them because they did not look very high quality - plastic from what I can tell - and I was worried they might melt as I have seen pictures of this happening with other brands, but this has not seemed to be a problem so far, and the heat does not hit the legs.Size: perfect size for a small or semi large space. Effective in heating both.I have noticed that the plug and wire gets a little warm if on the high settings, but we usually set it at about “11:00” and it comes on an off which allows time for cooling in between.Overall, very pleased with this purchase. Great quality for the price.

I plugged it up turned it on and it started working for 5 whole minutes and shut off . So I unplugged it left it for a day repeated the process and it did the same thing. Now I live in a rural area isolated i have to travel a distance of over 60 miles one way to get this to a drop off. Instead of just sending me out another. And giving me time to ship the broken one back. They are going to refund when I can get out to a town with a drop off. Once they get it I'll get my money. Seems fair well what the hell am I suposed to do for a heater till they refund my money . I'm peed off

8 had this sent to my daughter as she works in a cold area of her house. This heats up the area and does not take a lot of electricity to make it work. I had it sent directly to her and all she had to do was assemble the legs and plug it in.It also was easy on my budget.
