Gardiners of Scotland Handmade Fudge 120g Oval Tin, Scottie Dog Vanilla Fudge

Smooth, creamy and delicious. The tins are adorable. Loved the cats and the cows.

Bought this vanilla fudge in the highland bull tin because he loves bulls since his sign is Taurus. He's not a big sweets person, but he does love the flavor of these candies. We'd both thought it was a tin of cut fudge, not candy fudge, so it has the consistency more of a candy bar fudge, i.e. between a tootsie roll and a nougat--not as soft as a cut fudge, but fabulous because the flavor is divine! Definitely would buy again and gift, worth the price as it's a sweet, well made tin. 5-stars for taste, presentation and quality.

The fudge was fine. But I just love these cows! Shaggy gorgeous. Wish I could have one. It's my neighbors fave too. And my daughter loves cows in general. There are cows all around me lol! But only depicted sadly. Also we love pibbles and they are all around us in the flesh lol.

The flavor is so delicious, and the texture is just right for me (denser version of the American fudge or less chewy or less sticky than caramels or toffee). I had to work hard to control myself from eating several at one time! It could use more salt if it says "salted caramel fudge", but that's just a personal opinion - it is still delicious as is. The tin they came in is so pretty, but when I opened it, the individually wrapped (thank God!) fudge fell out of the cellophane bag they were in. I at first thought they were used, but all 26 pieces were there and decently wrapped. I already am planning to order the other flavors before this one I have runs out.

My husband loved the candy, hats off to the Confectioner!The tin the candies came in is my reason for purchasing, and what a jewel for a Scottish Terrier collectibles enthusiast such as myself! The tin has raised relief Scottish and West Highland White Terriers all around the base and on the lid, and it is beautifully done! It took a bit of doing to get the residue from the stickers off, but well worth the bit of extra effect.

I bought this product just for the tin. I’ve had better caramels in my life. I gave those to my husband. But the tin is high quality and beautiful.

Very sweet and soft on the inside. Scottish candy is always good.
