It's a great doorbell for the price!
The media could not be loaded. Pros:Not only will you have a wireless connection between the doorbell and a received you can plug in any outlet in your home, but way more importantly, you will also have the ability to receive doorbells as calls on your phone AND you can also check your phone (specific app for the device) at any time and see what's going on outside your door! That second part is incredibly important for anyone who might not be brave enough to go outside and check where the noise is coming and can have a handy camera that allows you to see outside without the hassle or fear! I also was looking for something that alerts me to when someone is at my door, such as the Amazon delivery person, even or especially when I'm not home!It allows you to interact with the person standing next to the doorbell, whether they rang your bell or not (i.e. a package thief!) through the app on your phone. You can both listen and speak to that person!If I discard some of the instructions on the manual, mounting the doorbell on your wall seems incredibly straight forward, as well as securing the bracket + doorbell together.The clarity and quality of the video feed and pictures is relatively high. Everything is very clear and you can see a wide range of the area surrounding the doorbellThis is, as you'll see from my video, delightfully motion detecting, which means it will turn on and will alert your phone anytime there is a motion. Better yet, you can adjust the sensitivity on that so that it doesn't keep alerting you if your doorbell faces the street and a lot of cars!It has night vision featuresPairing the doorbell with the receiver is easyYou will need to download an app on your phone that will allow you to register the camera, and as such get notifications on your phone whenever there is any motion or doorbell ring, as well as monitor the area where the doorbell is mounted any time you want!Cons:You need to buy a separate SD card if you want to take pictures/videos and keep them. The device's app indicates you can save very limited number of media on what it calls "cloud", but that has not amounted to more than a short video and a couple of pictures to meThe instructions are not the best. I had to wrack my brain so much trying to deduce what is what. My primary issue was that while in the manual they indicate there are separate bags for screws and conducting screws, everything arrived in the same pouch for me. So I still have no idea what some of the screws are for. My second issue was that I actually learned how to make it work from instructions on the product website that I did not find in the manual. This is referring to the fact that you need to remove the plastic covering (insulation covers) from the batteries before this thing can work! I tried to go over everything in my video to indicate which instructions were straightforward and which I did not understand. But bottom line, I figured out how to make it work without some of the parts sent and I feel good about troubleshooting unclear things and making it work! So got an extra esteem boost for me, though... Fingers crossed!Batteries on doorbell seem chargeable but I have no idea how long they will last before the juice runs out. They indicate that the batteries run for 6 months on a full charge, which does sound great! We'll have to see!I would have loved to have better instructions that could easily steer me towards a simpler mounting, putting together, and use. I hope the manufacturer does invest in a how-to-video. But in the meantime, it works absolutely well for me without the need to decipher every other part, and that's all I really needed, The ability to see who's outside my door any time of the day, and answer and communicate with doorbell ringers wherever I am absolutely puts this product on an automatic 5-star despite of the instructions. I would definitely recommend it, especially for the price tag!

Not good
We ordered this product twice and it did not work either time.the battery would never charge we have to leave it plugged up for two days it's still didn't charge reorder the products again and then it wouldn't connect to the app. Would not purchase this item

Set up may be a little trouble; works good; has a little delay
Took me a while to set up: First glitch is the sticker on the bottom of the batteries, without removing them the unit will not power on; second is to make sure that your phone is on a 2.4G WIFI network not 5GHZ wifi network. I had to log into the router to disable my 5GHZ wifi. After I download the app I could not pair with the doorbell. Until I heard the tune emitted from my phone I realized why it could not pair with the doorbell. If you can hear the sharp tune from your phone, then congratulations!Installation is easy after my phone is paired with the door bell. During use I found that it has long delay. After I receive notification from the doorbell and open the app, it is too late to see someone coming in. The delay must be at least 5 seconds, which mean my guests have to wait a little bit for me to confirm and open the door.720 pixel resolution is good enough for my iphone 6.

Great Price, Functions As Needed, HIGHLY SENSITIVE
The pros: Had it for 2wks now and boy oh boy is this thing SENSITIVE, the motion detector picks up EVERYTHING even on LOW...I like that I'm alerted but SHEESH👀Has a great video/speaker easy to connect/install, door chimes are LOUD (purchased 2 front & side door) overall looks/works GREAT!Now for the cons: 2wks and having to charge batteries ALREADY😬 when it gets low, it alarms/alerts you VERY LOUD and WON'T STOP as says someone/something has disconnected it/trying to remove, VERRRRY ANNOYING going to re-install after I THINK they are charged good and HOPE they last longer than 2wks (HIGHLY DOUBT 6mos as,stated) The security screw is TIIIIINY and you MUST BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS AND CAREFUL with it, otherwise you're "screwed" May come back and update if last longer than 2wks, or just return! #StayTuned***UPDATE*** After ONLY DAY NUMBER 10, ÑOT EVEN 14, THE BATTERY HAS DRAINED AND NO ONE HAS PRESSED OR USED IT DUE TO THE VIRUS BAND. IT'S SET TO EVERY LOW/DISABLED OPTION...CONCLUSION, THE BATTERIES ARE TRASH!!!! TOO BAD I CAN'T UPLOAD THE PICTURES (REINSTALL DATE AND CURRENT)

What a great camera at an amazing price.
This unit looks like the more expensive ones and performs just as well at a great price.it was easy to charge the internal battery and do the setup. It didn’t need any external power which means you can put it anywhere. The camera has a nice wide range so I can see the whole area outside my front door. Setup of the app was easy and I now get notifications whenever someone come on the porch or rings the bell. Great for those amazon deliveries that you want to keep an eye on.

Poor Sound Quality and bad battery life.
The picture and video quality is okay, but the timing between people at my front door and me viewing the app is way off. The sound is crappy when answering the door from the app. I am on a Samsung S9 using the xshcam app. Also the battery has to be charged just about every other week after charging it for more than 24 hours. I will just have to go with something else. Not worth unscrewing the device and charging back up, every other week, and it says these rechargeable batteries last a while, doesn't even give me 30 days without having to recharge. My network is 1000mbps over wifi is about 20 to 30mbps the setup is easy yes, but not very happy with the device overall. Sometimes I will walk out of my door to throw out trash and 5 minutes later my phone will pick up the notification after I have already been in my house doing other things. Just a bad lag in timing which is my overall issue, voice quality when I speak through the app. It sounds like a bad cable channel from the 80s.
