After searching for a watch, I was perplexed. Being a senior, I just wanted one to tell the time. I have purchased many with many regrets. This came today and was I surprised. Classy looks and all parts working is one thing; however, there was more. The company included a free extra band, a free tool to change it and (this is unbelievable) -- two extra batteries. What a thoughtful company! The price was great, the look great, it works great and it came very quickly. WOW1

Great packaging and opened the box and WOW! What a beautiful watch for the money. A class act! I was impressed how easy it was to remove a link with the tool and a second battery. Thrilled with my purchase. Great seller to do business with!

The watch came with two extra batteries in lieu of the push pin, but that is okay since I have a couple of my own anyway. The batteries are nice since they are the correct size for other work watches I have. The watch was totally covered in protect film and the box was padded well. I am in the process of checking its accuracy.

I purchased this through Amazon in October 2021 and now the watch is not working. I even took it to a jeweler because I like it and was told it is not repairable. the return window closed January 31, 4 months later it choked!Not very happy!

The watch is very nice what the circumference of the watch is too huge don't look right on my list will look for one familiar but not so big around can you help Franklin
