I like the flavor
I like the flavor, but they are milder and you definitely need more flakes to get the same impact as with red pepper. Keep that in mind if substituting for recipes.

A great kick of flavor and spice!
The smell and flavor of the Sonoran Spice Jalapeno Flakes is awesome! I would highly suggest it for anyone looking for a flavor and spice boost to your foods. I have so far tried these flakes on pizza and in chili and it's been a great compliment to flavor.

Tasty Dried Jalapenos!!
I have never purchased dried Jalapeno's before. I am a lover of all things hot, so when I saw these, I figured I better give them a shot. They are really flavorful and give a mild kick (if your a hot food person) to any dish. IMO they are not super hot, but just tasty with a slight kick. I would order these again.
