Will this loaf freze well, and for how long????

Yes, it does. For how long? I’m not sure. But it stretches it’s shelf life. And just give it a quick heating up with the microwave or an oven, and it’s fresh bread again. I love the flavor too

What is the expiration date on this cake?

Ours did. Would be difficult to reach the date as bread is relatively light and delightfully flavored. Once opened it disappears rapidly.

How long does it last

I really don't know, because I devour it in a few days. I have kept them in the pantry for up to a month, but I'm thinking they last a lot longer than that. Just keep it in the wrapper and enjoy. I keep my holiday panettone for a couple months, when it is unopened.
