Does it expand? Nope Is it enormous? It depends on your expectations and needs. If you measure, your expectations will be clear. If you don’t bother to measure and are expecting a large garbage bag, this will seem enormous. If you are looking for something that fits in a 3’ x 3’ x 3’ space, there’s a good chance you will like this. If you are looking for a place to store your car, this is not the right product.

Q: I have equipment to lift this when full. How hard is it to empty and reuse? I would use it most for grass clippings.

It is easy to empty and easy to reuse. I don't have equipment but I fill mine with leaves and grass clippings, haul it to the woods or garden, dump it and do it again. I am on my third season with one bag

No. Just those 4 corner loops/handles.
