Vetoquinol 411609 Sebozole Shampoo,8 oz

My Westie (West Highland Terrier) had bad skin issues, and we have struggled for the past year to get her skin to be rash free. Besides being on grain free food and keeping her bedding very clean, the vet had even put her on some very expensive daily medication. The meds made her sick, so I stopped all meds and started giving her a couple of tablespoons of Fage yogurt each day. I also got some of this shampoo and have given her a bath at least once a week. The results have been amazing. Her skin has completely cleared. You are supposed to leave the shampoo on for about 10 minutes before rinsing. I usually put it on her back first and rub it in really good. I'm not sure if it's the yogurt or shampoo, or a combination of the two, but the improvement in her skin has been impressive. The one negative of this shampoo is that it has a medicated smell that lasts about a day.

Works great for any problem with the let's coat that is caused by a fungus. Generally the hair falls out with little or no indication of as skin problem except some redness or a red ring. Generally there is no infection that occurs with mange mites that burrow into the hair follicle and cause infection. However this shampoo will sooth the symptoms of mange but You would need another product to treat mange mites.

Worked great for chicken mites by using 4 Tablespoons of shampoo in 10 gallons of warm water and bathing them in it for 10 minutes. Our chickens thank you, and are growing the tail feathers back.

I've seen an improvement in the dryness and my dogs hair is starting to return. Think time will tell but I think this product was worth the money.

It was a gift for someone that doesn't have internet access. She said she'd heard it might help with a skin problem she was having and last I heard she was already seeing improvement after only a few applications.

I loved that the price wasn't too high on this and at the time it was recommended for my dog. She can no longer use this though. The smell is nice.

Really helps with skin conditions due to allergies which my dogs suffer from regularly depending on the season. I use twice a week until all problems go away.

excellent shampoo for dog with skin allergies. Doesn't lather well however and doesn't rinse out easily.
