Great quality
I really needed these guys to control the aphids on my kale! I followed the directions that came with them. Now I have the cutest friends crawling around all my plants! They were super thirsty and hungry so they went straight to work. They came in great health only a few were deceased. Releasing them was a bit tricky, i just ran around my garden tapping the bag over my plants to disperse them “evenly.”

Releasing ladybugs indoors.
It honestly didnt turn out as bad as I thought it would. I released all of them into my house over Thanksgiving weekend and let them have their way with house. I did notice about 25% either died in shipping or didnt survive leaving the bag. However for mid winter, Im not really sure what else to expect, just glad that I was able to find them at all.The second thing that probably didnt help the situation is that I am absolutely terrified of bugs. So there were a few panic attacks in the process but now it's actually going pretty smoothly. I released all of them sprinkling a few onto plants at a time, keep in mind I have her 100 plants. Then when I got back I basically just vacuumed up the dead ones. It has now been a little over a month with them and I have noticed that a few of then have decided to stay resident in some plants which works perfectly for me. They keep to themselves and on plants for the most part and we have an understanding that if they are with plants they are safe. Haha.Hope my review helps someone else considering release them into their home. Oh! I forgot to mention that all pests have been dealt between their help and cleaning leaves with soap, neem, rubbing alcohol and hydrogen peroxide. Essential oil wipes as preventive.

Didnt work at all.....
All the lady bugs did were sit in runoff trays, mate and reproduce to stay in the runoff trays and then die in any small crevasse no where near the plants they were released on, and I followed the dispersal instructions given perfectly, I kept them with water and made sure to release them over the 2 week time frame given in the instructions. Never once did they eat any mites, just walked around and mated until fully gone. This was a huge waste of time. This was definitely not fun having false hope for a small issue that seemed to be an easy fix by what the product seller claimed the ladybugs would do. And sadly I was nowhere near an infestation but now my house plants are ruined and im out of good money for jack diddly squat. Might as well say this is a scam. I'm so tired of companies selling products through amazon making claims they can't back up, or hold their own standard on... simply pathetic.

Not all survived
There were many expired in the package I released them immediately upon arrival since they arrived in the evening time. Many were alive probably 1000 out of 1500. Better odds than the past.

Awesome
I have had a problem with Amphids for years. Tried everything organic. I had no relief. Then someone said get lady bugs. I thought that was crazy. In frustration I went a head and ordered them. My milkweed is completely Amphids free. I didn't read directions and let them all go at once. I figured they all flew off. Some hung around and got rid of them. I bought more to follow directions. However. I live in Florida and the second set didn't quite make it. I emailed the company and they resolved the problem immediately. They are a good company. If the Amphids come back on my milkweed. I would order them again

Arrives Hungry! Beautiful Ladybugs!
Most survived shipping. Plants are currently aphid-free & if I see aphids returning, I’ll order more. You can see a couple hungry ladybugs in my photos. Works way better than neem oil & insecticidal soap. I released them in the morning. By the evening we were nearly aphid-free. Bummer they leave after they’re done eating (because they need to go find more to eat). They’re beautiful.

They arrived quickly and alive!
The media could not be loaded. I was expecting this almost 7 days after I ordered them. But they arrived within 3 days of ordering, and within 2 days of seeing the "shipped" notification. My mail carrier put it in the mailbox, which was surprising because it said on the package "live insects - beneficial bugs inside". You'd think they'd knock or something. Anywho, not mad about it. I grabbed it as soon as I got the delivered message. And took it outside to my plants that had Aphids.I struggled to cut the bag they were in, everytime I'd get a good corner to cut clear of any ladybugs, they'd crawl towards it. So I only managed about a 1.5" hole, which they ran out of so fast! Lol.I immediately held it touching the plants that had bunches of Aphids, and those ladybugs got to work immediately! If they noticed an Aphid, they were on top of it so fast. XD obviously some flew away, but the package said the amount of ladybugs could cover a 1,000 sqft area, and I only needed it for maybe 20 sq ft. Lol. So I think its fine! I Will definitely be doing this again. Worth every penny. Plus I love gardening and beneficial bugs I'm not scared of. Lol! Thanks so much!!! (maybe a couple were dead, but it's to be expected)Ps: the instructions.... So I did this in the bright sunlight, around 3pm, 90 degrees outside... Expecting it to go horribly wrong... however I did water my garden well before, so that's probably why the majority of them stayed.
