I love the taste..is soothing

My old mama loves a good whore hound. She says they’re great. Also back in her day, they cost a penny;)

Bought these only because the smell of them at my grandparents’ farm many years ago made me sick. I wanted my grandkids to experience the whole thing.Sadly, I now love them and just polished off the 4-5th bag since the Holidays. It backfired on me.

I was expecting at least a little bitterness from these horehound candies, but there is absolutely none. They do taste great, but for those looking for that old-fashioned bitter horehound tea flavor of yore, look elsewhere.

I've used this product for many years, and as an herbalist, I totally recommend it to everyone with a cough. Seriously, everyone, even though they may be strangers to me, if I hear them cough during the Autumn or Winter, I'll suggest this particular product. There's a good reason for it, too: IT WORKS both quickly and easily, within a few minutes, and it's a fantastic price for what you're getting. The flavor is a bit of an acquired taste, and it can be off-putting at first, but regardless of the flavor, once you get used to it, it's a great way to settle (okay, totally shut down) a cough. Better by far than anything else you can find on a pharmacy shelf to treat the same symptom.

I have used these for years. When I get a tickle in my throat I use these and they help better than any logenze on the market.
