Kono20 Inch Cabin Luggage Lightweight ABS Hard Shell Suitcase Travel Case with 4 Wheels Carry-on Suitcase (20", Navy)

I though when it arrived at first that it would not last the pace, it seemed fragile and wobbled easily, but as my old suitcase broke days before my long planned trip(s) overseas, I had no choice but to use it as my travel plans could not be changed, I'd ran out of time to find an alternative. This case stood me in very good stead over 6 flights, and took a lot of bashing about in between flying - I love this case, it looks lovely, it is scuffed but not dent, all in all for looks and durability, for me this is a 5* piece of kit

I " love" my kono luggage set. I would have given 4 and a half star's but couldn't click half a star. It's better than the photos. It comes with protective plastic covering. I thought it was a Matt finish. I wanted high gloss but couldn't find what I wanted so oppted for this as I really liked the design. The only fault, I thought, was that it wasn't high gloss. To my delight I discovered it was as I peeled back the protective layer, which at first wasn't sure if I was meant to be peeling it off...and peeling off the Matt layer lol. I only discovered it had a protective layer because I found one tiny little tear in it and thought it was a scratch. The suitcases meet more than my exptations. The only one fault is that the handle on the cabin case is faulty. It seems that the locking position on one side is missing, so sometimes the handle clicks in and works properly and sometimes it doesn't when the handle is extended. It's works on the first click. Obviosly I would have given 5 a stars, had it not had this fault. Havingthat, I am really pleased with this set. It is stylish, sleek, light, easy to manoeuvre and perfect for packing. The cabin case fits easily in BA cabin sizer. I paid for next day delivery as was due to jet off in a few days and I could track it straight away. I did a lot of research on the material that I wanted and this set is made of PC ( polycarbanate)

Good quality suitcase. Plenty of space. Has a zip compartment & wheels are easily manoeuvred.

Good quality case but will be returned as is was too big for my needs.

This case arrived in a very large box, there was another large box inside, this was the product box. This box looked old and tatty, with lots of old and new sellotape around the opening. This gave me the impression it had been opened many times, which did not fill me with confidence. Took the case out of the tatty box and it seemed fine. It is huge, colour and pattern true to photo. Tested the zips - all ok. Only negative is that it appears to be flimsy, but I haven't used it yet, so am hoping that it's fine when loaded. My holiday is in a few days, I think because it's so big, I may have a problem keeping the weight down to my allocated 23kilos.

The suit case is great but the wheels are not that awesome.. they may get stuck.
