These are super helpful, sturdy, easy to use, easy to clean. Great for quesadillas, pizza, or cutting any type of sandwich or wrap. My husband laughs at me because of how much I love using it. Nice and sharp, good quality. Wish the little plastic case was more protective, but it's a good start

I've been using a 4" wooden handle Alaskan ulu daily for years to chop meat, potatoes, vegetables, etc to feed my puppies and chickens. This Amco Mezzaluna is 6" and has a rubber like comfortable handle. Blade is a lot sharper so less pressure is required. Cuts through pizza like butter (even frozen pizza.) Great price. Just wish it had a base I could sit it in like my ulu. It does come with a little plastic sleeve with a snap. For the money and quality, cannot complain. I am considering purchasing another as a gift. I'll update if anything changes. I do recommend hand washing and drying immediately. This has kept my knife set in perfect condition.

This knife is sharp and cuts well.

This is a fine knife for chefs, but not for those who need an adaptive tool for cutting food during mealtimes. It appears to be a great product, but if you're looking for a one-handed cutting knife for those who are differently abled, this isn't it. It's way too big and heavy.

I am a hardcore vegetable addict and I spend way too much time at a cutting board with a knife. Daily. I got the idea for this cutter from watching them chop salads at Subway - I couldn't believe how much time it saves. I eat salads by the bale and this is a godsend. I just throw some veggies in a steel bowl and chop them with this. It's a serious blade so the sheath it comes in is a great feature - you don't want to be casually brushing your hand against it in the utensil drawer. I can whip up a bowl of Asian slaw in a fraction of the time it used to take me and it's easier. Cleanup is a breeze - compare that to cleaning up a food processor. I'm a great fancier of all different blades and this has rapidly become one of my favorites. The handle is stable and fits my hand well. I want to try it for cutting meat, I suspect it will be really handy for that. The big advantage of this blade is that you have much better control over it than with a conventional knife. Plus it makes me feel like a pro. I take all my blades to a professional sharpener every three months or so, and keep them sharp at home by myself between times. This blade is just as sharp now as when I got it months ago. You do not want to keep it on the counter if there are kids around. Keep it in the sheath when you're not using it, and keep it clean and lightly oiled.

Bought for fleshing deer hides and it does the job well

I ordered this tool because I had had shoulder surgery and needed a knife that I could use that didn't require a back and forth motion. This was recommended in a video of women who only have one arm. This is very sharp and really is easy to use. It cuts really hard vegies like carrots and sweat potatoes very well. Together with a concave shaped cutting board, this tool is really nice to have. Be careful though, as it is very sharp.

Because of its rolling quickly back and forth action, dicing particularly onions or herbs quick and easy. No worry about cutting yourself when dicing and much more ergonomic!

Purchased for a person unable to use a reg knife. Works at cutting food .

I have to admit, I bought this purely to cut pizza. I dislike rolling pizza cutters. This knife has held a sharp edge after months of cutting on a metal surface. The handle sits in the hand well and the knife feels sturdy. This knife is higher quality than the price would suggest.
