A Delicious and Healthy Ramen Alternative!
Big Green Organic Millet Ramen is a fantastic gluten-free option that’s perfect for anyone looking to avoid wheat and rice. The texture is great—firm but tender—and it cooks up quickly without becoming too soft. I love that it’s also lectin-free, non-GMO, and vegan, making it a versatile and nutritious meal base.Whether you're making a quick ramen dish or adding it to soups, the mild flavor pairs well with just about anything. It’s a wonderful alternative to traditional ramen noodles and works great for anyone with dietary restrictions. Highly recommend!

Great millet pasta
My Chinese medicine practitioner insisted that I should eat more millet, and in an effort to avoid blood sugar spikes, I gave this a go. If you're a single person making small portions of pasta at a time, this is perfect. The portions seem really small when you look at each pack of noodles, but they puff up a lot when you cook them. The package says to boil it for 8 minutes, but if you're going to cook these noodles in a pasta sauce, I would pull them 1-2 min earlier, reserve the pasta water for the sauce, and cook the sauce and pasta together. If it gums up in a clump, add a bit of pasta water.

Delish.. but not for the fridge
Delicious GF alternative. I wouldn't cook more than you are ready to use, cause the next day not very edible, especially in a soup or broth.

Great product.
Pricy but great. Good mouth feel and taste. Don’t over cook it, once it starts to boil, lower the temp to a slow boil or simmer and rinse in cold water in a colander when done. It holds up better in liquid like broth or sauce in the fridge than dry in a container but a great product overall!

Product itself gets 5 stars, minus 2 for inaccurate description and deceptive listing
For the ramen itself: it’s great, great taste and good texture, slightly less firm that normal ramen. It’s very starchy so I do recommend preparing broth separately and discarding the water you prepare the ramen in.Now on to the product listing and pricing: I originally purchased the one 5 pack for $8. I liked them so when I purchased again, purchased the three packs option for $24, so should have received three 5 packs. Instead I received one large 12 pack. So I received 3 less than I expected that I paid for. If you look at the sellers reviews, you’ll see this has happened multiple times, so the way they are listing the purchase options is inaccurate and deceptive. Moral of the story, if you want to buy more than one 5 pack, just increase the quantity rather than buying the bulk option. Otherwise, you’re getting ripped off.

A rare healthy, tasty alternative to conventional ramen
Millet and quinoa are the only two grains I'll eat given my autoimmune issues. I missed ramen and all noodles terribly and these millet noodles are a GOD SEND. They are a staple in my pantry! I always bulk buy (60 packs) as I go through lots of them each week. Quality is consistent and good. The key is not to overboil, especially if you have a strong gas stove like mine. Also, a quick rinse with cold water in a colander after it's done helps to avoid the ramen from getting soggy. Then quickly toss in some sesame oil (if you're using) or broth to avoid the noodles hardening or sticking together. Those little tweaks help to create a better ramen experience!

Manufactured in China
I found the product data to be misleading. All info points to the company as CA-based, which leads the buyer to think the product is made in USA. When I dug deeper, I found the product is manufactured in China. Organic? Really? I’ll spend my money on a US organic company

ONE INGREDIENT
This pasta is amazing...for someone who is doing her best to eat minimally processed food, food with as few ingredients as possible and food that doesn't include wheat this company has so many choices of ONE ingredient, wheat free pasta, and the best part it cooks up GREAT and tastes even better, and while compared to pasta the cost is high the cost is a bargain for as good as this pasta is! Oh I forgot its organic as well!
