Instead of energy gels on long cycle rides, I use this with maltodextrin and some fructose and salt to make my own in a small bottle. It has a very good taste and blends well if water not too cold. Works great in a "bullet-proof" coffee that my partner loves.

So this works as I'd expect, and makes a nice MCT creamer for coffee. However, its important to add the powder first, then mix in a little hot liquid and stir it all into a paste before you add the rest of the drink. That way the powder easily combines with your drink. If you just dump the powder into a big old mug of hot Joe, then you're going to need a milk frother or some such to get it all dissolved.

Bought it as it is cheap. It does not mix as good as others but effect wise rather buy a better quality product even if it costs more.

Good value. Fast delivery. Only issue is that it doesn’t mix easily unless you have a blender

This was my first time using Mct oil powder and im well impressed as its much more versatile than the oil in my opinion. As last year I was playing around with the keto diet but this year i'm seriously getting back on with keto and intermittent fasting. I broke my fast with a bulletproof coffee with butter and mct powder and an hour later I was dancing in my kitchen to the radio whilst doing the washing up lol!!! Great product guys well worth it.

There is a sticker on the product with use by date, once removed it shows original date - best before 03.06.2023 - which clearly means this product has past its best before date - how misleading. I am certain this isnt in line with the Sales of goods Act 1979 and the original date should have been disclosed.

I'm sure this MCT powder does the job as it's supposed to, but you do need some sort of a blender to mix it fully (I use a handheld wand blender). Also, to achieve a "creamed coffee" look or feel, you need to use quite a large scoop compared to other MCT powders.
