I was a little concerned about the bunchiness as a first time waist trainer user but it made no difference clearly! Wow love this, going to wear as often as i can! The seller is also EXCEPTIONAL!! I'd like to say for those who say "it runs small", it's supposed to be snug. I went strictly by the measurements on the chart. My waist measure 27" so I bought the XS. When you first go to put it on, you think "oh dear God this isn't going to fit" but it does. And it doesn't feel like you're going to bust; it's quite comfortable. I first put it on the largest setting but now I've got it on the second setting.I already had it on when I wrote the review so those are the lines you see in the pic with the tape measure. Keep in mind that I slept in it! I do not find it to be uncomfortable.It didn’t come with instructions on how long to wear it at a time but you can find that information in abundance online. Most places say not to wear it overnight the first time if you’re not used to it but I did it anyway as I’ve worn compression wear before.So far it’s comfortable to move in normally. I imagine I could wear it while doing yoga but I’d rather it not get nasty and sweaty so I choose not to.Hope this helps!

Ordered according to guidelines. Unfortunately it is too small. Would probably have to go two sizes up. Will not bother sending back since it came from China. Not worth it. Will give away instead. Also, for anyone that has limited mobility in their hands, such as arthritis this item will be very difficult to fasten.

My daughter is 5’2 125 lbs fits like a glove. Don’t care what any reviews say this is perfect. I don’t get paid I just recently started to leave reviews when I began to rely on other people’s reviews. I need you to know if you get the right size this product works it took at least 3 inches off my daughter’s waist in her dress. I already see a difference.

Sturdy material. Yet shaped like a rectangle. I thought it appeared to have a hourglass cutting. So if u dont have your waist hourglass all this does is hold u in.

Fits great! True to size. I wear a size 12 and ordered a large. I love the rows of clips to control the cinching of my waist. Also I can breathe while wearing it! Go figure! 😊. Thank you! Great product.

I like how comfortable it felt at 1st, then after a few hours had noticed it pinched a little. But I know I have some working out to do and this will help, I still love it 🥰

I was excited to find a short torso trainer. I own a bunch of trainers, but bc I am short some just too long. I compete in fitness competitions and waist trainers are a must. My only issue is that I wish it came in XXS. At first when putting it on it seemed like it maybe too snug, however I already have a 25 inch waist and typically get down to an 18 inch waist when I compete. I know super tiny but that’s how it goes. I just put it on and am comfortably at the last hook and slightly sags in the back. I’m wondering if somehow i could shrink it without ruining it. I have an old trainer that I use when I’m even smaller than I am not. One thing i have to say again is this is one of the most comfortable trainers I own. Many are too long and the boning can jab my ribs a bit. Great product just wish there was an xxs.
