3M MARINE FINESSE-IT II GLAZE 16 OZ

I LOVE Finesse-It II! 3M has a serious winner with this product for any boat or RV owner with gelcoat finishes. I use it with a rotary buffer on a wool pad. It's virtually impossible to screw up and burn or overcut the gelcoat with this product, yet it will remove light oxidation and scratches with ease, leaving a like new shine. I've been using this to correct blemishes in the gelcoat of my last 3 boats over the last 6 year and have never been disappointed.

I have a brand new 20 foot boat. The factory/dealer did not really buff out the blue/white hull to a gleaming/like new appearance. There were some light scratches and some areas that had lower reflectivity than the rest of the boat. I used a random orbital buffer and did most of the exterior. This stuff is very mild and left an almost "wet look" finish. It has NO wax, so you must follow up with a coat of wax. I am very pleased with the results. I probably only used about 1/5 of the bottle. Even if I were to do an annual buffing, this bottle will last me for several years. I have no regrets using this product. It is not cheap, but I accomplished my goal the first time.

Great follow on finisher for 3M brown rubbing compound- works the compound down to a shine.

Great value for the money spent will use again!!!! Use as directed very important, if directions not followed properly it will burn unto the gelcoat using a machine polisher! hand application will take much longer on most boats and not as effective, go easy a little goes long way with the machine polisher and the proper pad, there you have it, Enjoy its work! but worth it, if you take pride caring for your boat.

Goes on easy, creates a mirror like finish removing all swirl's and fine scratches.

I used maguires ultimate pic on the left then finesse it followed by perfect it wax pic on the right. The boat color was darker with more shine and is lasting great.

Great! The best polisher

I thought it was just inflation, $41+ for 16 oz bottle. Then i ran out mid-job, went to Walmart and found Maguiar's for one fourth the price. About $10 for same bottle. So I used them both on the same boat, same results. don't know why 3M product is so expensive
