Finally Sleeping Peacefully. Comfortable, Custom Fit, and Effective.
I am extremely happy with the DenTek Professional-Fit Dental Guard. I’ve been dealing with nighttime teeth grinding for a long time, and this mouth guard has truly made a difference. The fitting process was simple and straightforward. I appreciated that it allows you to customize the fit at home, and once molded, it felt secure and comfortable in my mouth. After using it for several nights, I noticed a huge improvement. I wake up without jaw pain, headaches, or tooth sensitivity that I used to experience regularly. It stays in place all night and doesn’t feel bulky or irritating, which was a big concern for me. I was also impressed by the quality — it feels durable and well-made, especially for the price. Compared to expensive dental guards from the dentist, this is a fantastic and affordable alternative that actually works. Cleaning is easy, and it still maintains its shape after repeated use. If you grind your teeth at night or suffer from jaw discomfort, I highly recommend the DenTek Professional-Fit Dental Guard. It has definitely improved my sleep and overall comfort. Worth every penny.

My go-to guard!
Exceeded expectations. Highly recommend. I had no idea how uncomfortable my old night guard actually was until I got this one…what a world of difference! I am a grinder/clencher and a few years ago got a mouthguard from the dentist. That mouthguard no longer fit properly and had started coming apart. Not wanting to spend another $300 on a guard from the dentist, I looked at my options and found this. I was tentative, but I figured that for only $13 I was willing to give it a try. After three weeks of use, this will hands-down be my product moving forward. I found the home molding process to be very easy. I followed the instructions to a T and also watched a couple review videos. The most important suggestion I took away from those was to use your thumb to press up on the mouthguard at your front teeth before biting down with your molars to create the mold. The molding process overall took less than 20 minutes, and then it was ready for use. This is undoubtably the most comfortable night guard I’ve ever worn because of the Home molding. Because the materials keeps a little bit of flex to it, you not only get a very secure fit, but it also makes it a lot more comfortable for someone like me who clenches my jaw throughout the night. I imagine that softer material may be part of the reason this product doesn’t last as long as a professionally made mouthguard. That’s not a deterrent in my mind. even if I have to spend $13 every six months or so, it’s still less than the professional fit and much more comfortable!

Great bang for your $16 – almost dentist‑grade fit!
I’ve been grinding my teeth at night for years, and after waking up with jaw pain too often, I decided to try the DenTek Professional‑Fit Dental Guard. The boil-and-bite molding process was straightforward thanks to the clear 3-step instructions (heat, shape, wear) and a fitting tray that really helps get a snug fit. ✅ What I Loved: * Comfort & protection – The soft top layer is comfy, and the strong bottom shields molars well. I wake up with significantly less soreness or tooth sensitivity. * Value – At around $16, it’s a solid alternative to a custom guard that costs hundreds. The 6‑month warranty and BPA-free EVA material are nice bonuses. ⚠️ A Few Quibbles: * Tricky mold timing – My first mold was slightly off; I had to carefully follow the hot water timing and re-mold once. * Size & fit – It’s meant for upper teeth only, and people with smaller mouths might need to trim it beforehand. 🏁 Bottom Line: If you grind moderately and want dentist-level fit without the price tag, this DenTek guard is worth it. It’s comfortable, cost-effective, and does the job—just be patient when molding and trim if needed.

Finally, a Night Guard That Actually Works!
Effectiveness: Life-Changing Relief After months of waking up with jaw pain and headaches from teeth grinding, the DenTek Professional-Fit guard has been absolutely transformative. Within the first week of use, I noticed a dramatic reduction in morning jaw tension and those nagging headaches that used to plague my mornings. My dentist had been warning me about the wear on my molars, and this guard has effectively stopped the grinding damage while I sleep. I wake up feeling genuinely rested instead of like I've been clenching all night. The protection is comprehensive - I can tell it's absorbing all that grinding force that was previously wearing down my teeth. Quality: Surprisingly Professional-Grade I was skeptical about an over-the-counter solution, but the quality rivals custom guards I've seen. The material is durable yet comfortable - thick enough to provide real protection but not so bulky that it's impossible to sleep with. The moldable thermoplastic creates a secure, custom fit that stays in place all night without slipping or causing gagging. After two months of nightly use, it shows minimal wear and maintains its shape perfectly. The design allows for natural breathing and doesn't interfere with sleep positions like some bulkier alternatives I tried. Value for Money: Outstanding Investment Compared to the $300-500 my dentist quoted for a custom night guard, this $25 solution delivers nearly identical results at a fraction of the cost. Even if I need to replace it every few months, the annual cost is still far less than one professional guard, and the protection for my teeth is invaluable. When you factor in the potential savings from avoiding costly dental work due to grinding damage, this guard pays for itself many times over. The immediate relief from pain and better sleep quality alone makes this worth every penny. This has genuinely improved my quality of life - highly recommend for anyone dealing with nighttime grinding!

Finally Sleeping Comfortably Again
I’m so glad I picked up the DenTek Professional-Fit Dental Guard—it has made a huge difference in my nights. I’ve tried other guards before, and they were either too bulky, uncomfortable, or kept slipping out. This one fits securely, feels smooth in my mouth, and actually stays in place until morning. The molding process was super easy, and the fit feels almost like something you’d get from a dentist but without the expensive price tag. I used to wake up with jaw pain and headaches from grinding, but since using this guard, those issues have faded away. I’m now waking up feeling rested instead of tired and tense. It’s durable, easy to clean, and doesn’t have that plastic taste that some mouth guards come with. If you struggle with grinding or clenching at night, this is definitely worth it. A simple, affordable solution that truly works.

Was recommended to get a DenTek, wasn't disappointed. I love my night guard!
I had a very expensive night guard that cost around $250 when I got it. Unfortunately, it finally broke. I was looking for a practical and comfortable replacement that would last at least a few months before I had to see the dentist again. I decided to try this DenTek night guard, which is popular among my friends because it seems to last the longest and is the most comfortable. I had never used one before, so this was a first for me. The instructions were simple, and it took me about 15 minutes to make the night guard, including boiling water for the fit. It was very comfortable, even more so than my old night guard from the dentist. I noticed that it provided more cushioning to my teeth when I woke up, which was a big plus. My only suggestion is to make sure you do a full bite down when making the fit to get a good, solid fit around your teeth. I can wear it comfortably all night without spitting it out. Compared to what I was paying for my old night guard, this DenTek night guard is quite reasonable. I’ve been very happy with it because it’s not as difficult to get the fit right and doesn’t require me to sit in the dentist’s chair. The manual says it should last six months, but I’m gentle on my night guards, so I think it would last even longer. Overall, I’m very happy with this DenTek night guard. It’s a great replacement for my old one and has been a lot more comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good night guard.

Not for Me
I got this because my dentist said I was grinding my teeth. However, I don't think I do, he probably just wanted to sell me one of those high priced mouth guard they sell in his office. But I decided to try one of the cheap ones off the shelf just to see if it would help anything. After about a week, I stopped using it, just felt odd sleeping with this thing in my mouth and it disturbed my sleep. Also, it is made of some type of plastic/rubber, and not sure if it is good for the body to have something like this in your mouth every night for 8 hours out of the day. Did it stop any teeth grinding? For me, didn't seem to do much since I don't actually think I grind my teeth. Also, as far as molding it, it took me two tries. The first time I boiled it, I don't think I bit down hard enough and it was very loose in my mouth. I bit down much harder the second time and it did fit better, but still seemed a little odd. It does have a nice little case. Cleaning was easy, but a bit of an inconvenience as it is one more thing to add to your morning routine. Bottom line, it is an adequate product and easy to use, but for me personally, it just feels too strange to wear and it is questionable of what the impact on my health would be having a piece of plastic in my mouth for 8 hours a night for the rest of my life. However, it may be worth considering if you feel or know you are grinding your teeth at night.

Probably better for minor to moderate grinding
This product is definitely one the more comfortable option for grind gaurds, especially for the price. The hard rubber surface where the teeth meet is very durable but the rest or the gaurd is not , with that being said it may not be suitable for people who suffer from TMJ or severe grinding. Ive used this product for 3 months and its falling apart now, its splitting at the seems from the side walls to the tray. Not only that but the silicone is breaking apart inside the tray and im waking up with bits and peices in my mouth
