If you have a leaking pluming issue that is unviable difficult to fix without a strip down, I would strongly recommend this products. The mixer valve on my underfloor heating was leaking. Due to its position in the system and space around the manifold this would have been a 2-3 day (!) job to remove and replace, even if I could have got the parts that are now obsolete. I bought this product as a last effort fix before strip down. Few points to note : 1. Make sure you clean any chrome effect off fittings before using. I used a Dremel to remove chrome and roughen the surface. 2. Wear gloves ! 3. Work quickly. It sets on hot surfaces v v quickly (ie within a few mins) and is rock hard within 10 mins. 4. Push the product into position and smooth it all around as the instructions show. I’d use excess at least 2cm past the place with an issue. 5. Don’t be as concerned about the look, worry more about the coverage. It’s been in place now for 5 weeks with no issues. I would strongly recommend this to anyone with similar issues on copper or bronze (unchromed) fittings.

A great product for sealing a buried pipe from my pond that I accidentally punctured with a garden fork. I repaired the cut whilst water was seeping out by mixing the putty and moulding it around the pipe. It has remained fixed in place and the pump works as normal.

Worked okay to repair a weeping compression fitting to a main water supply to a WC. Requires a good deal of kneading.

This was easy to use with simple instructions. It fixed a leak that had been causing problems for a while. Very happy with it and I would use it again if I had any more leaking pipes.

Very happy with this epoxy putty. It’s easy to cut, mix, and apply, and once it sets, it’s seriously tough. I’ve used it for small repairs where glue just laughs and gives up, and this stuff actually holds. It bonds well, hardens properly, and can be sanded or painted once cured, which makes fixes look less “DIY disaster” and more “planned”. Two small quirks: you need to work fairly quickly before it starts setting, and it smells a bit… chemical while mixing. Nothing unexpected for epoxy. Overall, strong, reliable, and oddly satisfying to use. Turns “that’s broken” into “that’ll do nicely” in about five minutes.

The picture shows a storage tube with a screw top. I purchased because of the protective tube in order to carry on a motorcycle.. The supplied tube is plastic with no lid at all... Please advise. I'm sure the product will perform but disappointed by the surround..

When I purchase this epoxy, I was a little skeptical, but I ordered it any way and boy I am glad I did. I used this to cement a male clip that that had broken off in my swimming pool skimmer. My skimmer door couldn't be snapped in without that clip on one side. I found a replacement clip at an online pool parts supplier and used this epoxy to cement it back on. The clip is below water level. I cut a piece of the epoxy stick and mixed it up with my fingers and rolled it into a putty substance. I took the putty and applied it to the skimmer clip. I than went underwater and pushed it on the skimmer where I wanted it placed and waited 24 hours. The next day I checked, and the clip was cemented on there solid. I snapped the skimmer door in place and wallah! DONE. I give this underwater epoxy 5 Stars. It worked for me!!!! And I recommend this product!
