I purchased this for my Mom for her birthday and inadvertently made her cry. She's a devout believer of Padre Pio and has had the blessing of wherever she goes, she finds coins or prayer cards of his. The statue is beautifully just as described, the statue is nestled in styrofoam so there's no need to worry that it will arrive damaged during shipping. Compared to other statues of Padre Pio that are available here on Amazon, I too have to agree that this is one of the best statues, not only for the facial expression, but the colors and the hand details. I plan on having a wooden niche made of her, and I'm even considering buying another statue just so she can keep it in her bedroom. Simply put, buy this statue you will not be disappointed; and as I use Amazon Prime, well...shipping was a breeze!

This is one of the better statues of Padre Pio. He is a small statue and very nicely done. When I purchase a statue the face is very important to me. I hate to say this but some statues out there of Padre Pio look like he is in agony or having a bowel movement.With all due respect to the saint I don't mean that in a derogatory way. And yes St. PP was in agony more than half the time because he bled from his hands hence the fingerless gloves he wears. Again some of the statues of him with the gloves are just painted on with nobas-(low) relief to define the hands and fingers.. sorry to be so discriminating with the details. I want what I want.And my Dad was very pleased ...(yeah !)

This statue is so lifelike and detailed that it’s unbelievable! The others that I looked at were actually an eyesore. This one is very realistic, plus it arrived in perfect condition!!! Great purchase!👍

This is a beautiful statue that I've really enjoyed since my wife bought it for me in November. Its remarkably ornate and detailed and reminds me to ask this great saint and wonderworker for his prayers each time I pass it by. I have a Virgin Mary statue by the same company which is also very beautiful. Toscana makes quality products for a great price. Get this great statue and ask Fr. Pio for his prayers!

Just received this statue and the picture does not do it justice! The detail on the face is incredible and the rest of the statue is outstanding. I am so happy with this purchase as it is going to my brother for a Christmas gift. Thank you so much for providing a lovely statue of St. Padre Pio!

This statue is so much life like it is unbelievable. When praying, I feel St. Padre Pio just looking at me as if he is in the room with me. It makes me feel closer to him. Now all I need is the miracle from him.

It is a wonderful small figurine. Fully detailed. The material is strong, sturdy and not too heavy. I am very happy I ordered it.
