Missing parts, broken parts, twisted parts ... 2 professionals working in a bicycle shop tried for 5 hours to build a bicycle.I bought this product for my brother who is disable and I expected something good. But this was far from it. Because the bicycle was sent to my country I couldn't return it. We bought the missing and twisted parts and after 2 days we had almost an working product. You get 1 star because the wheels are fine. Almost forget, the brakes are not actually working. I'll try to repair them but in the end seems that we need to buy new ones. The new bicycle is still in the garage waiting to be "repaired"!! Funny 🙄

Very well produced bike, looks lovely now its all been made up by a professional.

Took longer to put together than what the manual stated.

I didn't buy mine from Amazon, but I bought one 18 months ago, came in bits, my twin brother is a car mechanic, many years in the trade,(48 years a mechanic) he had some problems with putting it together, why can't you buy them ready made up. But saying that I have enjoy riding this bike for the last 18 months, i am 63 I have to work till 66 I do hairdressing and cleaning, and its great for putting my kit in the basket and I am away, I don't drive and this bike is great. Please persevere putting it up, because you will get great enjoyment riding this bike.
