Cup4CupGluten Free Flour, 3 lb (3-(Pack))

I love it. I use it to make pizza. I need to experiment with making other things, but for now I am on the pizza train lol :)

Makes amazing biscuits!

The other brands have sorghum flour which I react badly to. This is the only GF flour that I have found so far that DOES NOT have sorghum flour as 1 of the ingredients.

I find that I can use this gluten free flour in all my baking recipes. Sometimes the end product slightly lighter.

Thank you Chef Keller! Finally, a flour that I can use with all my old (wheat flour )recipes with “no fail” results. There is no difference whatsoever in taste or appearance. The one difference is that, in my opinion, it’s healthier (than wheat). Unfortunately, unless one is celiac (like I am) they likely wouldn’t know about or try Cup4Cup. I also use the bread flour. It’s wonderful.

Makes the best bread and biscuits.
