Hello, The "Yoga Stack 52" art design is on the back of the cards. We put all the information on the front of the card so that you do not have to flip the card back and forth to look at the illustration then to read the instructions for the illustration. Thanks! Kurt

Hi, Yes, the Mega Pack has all the cards the regular deck has plus an additional 52 yoga poses. If you get the Mega pack, you don't need the regular deck. Thanks!

Hi, I'm sure there are stretches this pack doesn't have, but it does contain all the Yoga poses for hamstrings and glutes that our Yoga expert would recommend to her students. Flexibility Stack 52 focuses specifically on flexibility so it also includes dynamic movements that increase your dynamic, functional flexibility (not just your range of motion in a static position). There is some overlap between Flexibility Stack 52 and Yoga Stack 52. I hope this helps.
