More money, but I’m not ingesting all the dye. I take two at night with a small sip of water before bed, very helpful. Remember these contain ducolax, that is what the S means. Very important! If you’re really “stuck”- also take MiraLAX in the a.m. when you first wake up. Ugh constipation….
