Perfect for a short shifter
The media could not be loaded. Its a lot smaller than the photos would have you think, but it’s just the right size for most people imo.The weight is perfect, really feels satisfying to shift in addition with a short shifter kit from MiataRoadster. The quality is spot on with a shift knob of this price. Perfect brushed finish, maybe a gunmetal blackish finish on it. The red shift pattern really pops on it. It is a fingerprint magnet but only if you look really close at it.Can’t speak on the temp of the knob in the cold or heat, but it’s something to look out for if you’re sensitive to that.Overall I would definitely pick one up if you’re looking for a quality weighted shift knob.

Butter-y Smooth Shifting
I just threw this knob on my Evo X not even two hours ago and I'm already completely satisfied. This knob is very dense, so it's quite hefty while still retaining a small form factor and helps to allow your gear lever to plop right into place. Knowing what I know now, I'd realistically spend $100 on this knob if I had to buy another one.

Feels more expensive
Great Buy… I bought to replace the old stock knob on my ‘06 Mazda3. Fits perfect, looks great and has a nice feel. It’s fairly small actually but is very dense and has a surprising weight to it. I would buy again

Best shift knob out there.
I know it is kinda pricey for such a small addition to your vehicle. But I’ve bought one for myself and one for a Christmas gift. Both myself and my recipient thoroughly enjoy this product. It elevates any cars driving experience. Ergonomics and smoothness is impeccable. It might be expensive but it’s well worth the money. Buy it and you’ll see.

10/10 get rid of your stock knob
Wow I just replaced the stock shift knob on my 1999 NB miata and man this shift knob is leagues better. Its just the right size to grip and has a great weight to put it into gear very easily. The packaging is very neat and the knob was nice and protected. Couldn't even imagine going back to stock now!

Only choice is the 5 speed knob for my 6 speed threads

Great knob, but pricey
Packaging is beautiful, maybe over the top. Comes with a certificate of authenticity. Some machining marks. Shift pattern engraving is deep and crisp. Red paint inside engraving is vibrant. Gunmetal finish looks great! It's solid metal (steel?) so will likely get hot in the sun. Kinda smaller than I imagined, but I loooove the feel it gives. 1lb (454g) is such an improvement over my 2002 miata's oem shifter$65 is steep though. This gets you into the realm of specialty (SS Co. And similar) shift knobs where you can specify material, color, and even custom engravings.
