Update on original review:The company reached out to me to offer a refund on the product. I told them that even though the remote didn't work, I really like the lamp. They said the remote was out of stock but would refund me money so I could purchase with the refund it when it was available. I said to just wait until the remote was back in stock and send it to me. They said it would take several days, but as this was a gift to myself, I was happy waiting. Yesterday, the remote control arrived and my Moon Lamp is perfect once again.I highly recommend this product. I love the colors, the ability to adjust the brightness of the lamp, and, of course, the timer. The customer service was great fixing my issue and I'm so pleased.I bought a similar Moon light for a Secret Santa gift, and purchased this one for myself. I liked that it had a remote control and a timer, and more color options than the Secret Santa gift one. Unfortunately, the remote control died after two days. Changing batteries in the remote control did not solve the issue. Now I have a lamp that I can't use to its fullest potential, which is frustrating. When it worked, it was great, but now it's a bit of a pain.

This is a cool light with a wide range of colors, but be sure to read directions on how to turn it on! We thought it wasn’t charging, but realized we just needed to touch the charging plate for it to light up. Very cool!

Bought this for my sister as a Valentine’s Day present and she LOVES it. It’s bright and beautiful and holds a decent charge!

Edit: I originally gave 1 star (read below why). Changing to 4 stars because of excellent customer service and a better quality moon lamp. Not changing to 5 stars because even my replacement moon has some quirks, but it is still a beautiful lamp, and the customer service was extremely kind. Reviewing the second moon lamp, which is a different model. For the inconvenience, the company then sent me a 5.8 inch moon lamp, which was SIGNIFICANTLY bigger. The remote that comes with this lamp has a timer function. You can also hang this moon from the ceiling, if you wanted (and the moon comes with some string to do it). The stand? Still wobbly and assembles strangely. The pegs won’t always fit all the way through, so this seems to be a consistent issue. The moon lamp turned on even while charging (this time with the remote, not on its own, so that’s a huge plus!) and turned off completely. It has a pad on the bottom that, I guess, should also turn it on if you pick it up, but that hasn’t worked for me, so I guess I’m still left without a fully functioning lamp, but it’s very pretty and my main complaint was the last one wouldn’t stop turning and changing colors so this is a major upgrade. Major kudos to the company for trying to make good on their sale and offering — on their own — to replace the item. If you want to buy a moon lamp from this seller, splurge and go for the bigger one. It has more functions, has better functionality, and fewer chances of malfunctioning. Even the instruction manual seems to be written better. Overall, I’m quite happy now with my moon lamp. :)This was such a disappointing buy. I'm not even going to give it 2 stars because there was nothing really redeeming about the purchase. The stand is wobbly (one of the holes is too small so the peg can't make it all the way in) so there's always a concern it's going to fall apart. The remote worked fine for, literally, only 2 minutes (received this today). If this matters to anyone, it only comes with a USB cable to charge. This was fine for me. It might not be for others. For anyone looking to buy a moon lamp: You'll see there are a couple of similar lamps and I would recommend splurging a little bit more for a smaller, but likely better functioning model. I received the lamp today and charged it and I was very excited about the lamp. First few minutes it was working great and it was absolutely beautiful. However, something was off: The light kept changing color. The lamp comes with a remote and it has a lot of settings, including flash and strobe. Even when those have not been pressed, the light for my unit will change. I wanted to keep it white, BUT suddenly, if I put it on my hand, it would change to red, then green, then go into an orange with the fade function, so there as no consistency. The only thing that seems to reset it momentarily is turning it off, then on again. Even then, the unit will eventually keep changing colors. It is pretty useless as a lamp, but may provide a little entertainment. Still, don't waste your money. Look into other options. There's lots of similar lamps on Amazon. Read reviews carefully. I failed to look at the other 1 star reviews this time and got burned... EDITING to add that it’s now 10x worst! The lamp won’t turn off! I turn it off with the remote and it’ll randomly turn back on!

Very pleasing colors. The option for continual color change is nice. Easy and quick to charge. Small to fit in compact space.

I was looking for something unique to give as a gift to someone that enjoys the night sky. This was perfect! They really liked it and I was impressed with everything it can do! It is small as well so it doesn't take up much room, but adds some fun to the room and is a good conversation piece as well.

I love this. The moon looks fine, the different colors are very nice and the remote is handy. The first one I ordered had a bad remote but I sent it back for another and it works fine. It is easy to charge too.

These are so cute when lit and the options oflights are endless HOWEVER….They take hours to charge and although it says they can last up to 4 hours on one charge, this is inaccurate. The light didn’t even last 1 hour and then died. You can’t have the light on and charge at the same time, so this is a waste. I’m not going to charge for hours every day to get about an hour of use. I wanted to love this light! I bought one for my son too, but after the charging issue, I returned both!! If they fixed the charging issue, I would buy again because it’s so pretty at night. Darn it!!
