Q: Is this really real wood?

I’m no expert but it appears to be real wood to me, I really like the lamp, doesn’t give off much light though.

Q: I love this lamp but my shade broke just from dog knocking into it. Is there a way I can order a replacement shade?

Q: How do you keep the shade sturdy? the ring screws to the shade...but then the shade just sits a top the bulb housing???

There should be a ring part where the bulb connects. Unscrew that, place the shade, screw the ring back, then install the light bulb

Q: Can I get another ring? One of the screw holes is stripped and now the other screws won't fit.
