CAP Standard 5 pound plates
I was looking for some additional 5 pound plates for my home gyms and across these.at a really good price point. They arrived quickly and we're well packagedI realized that I had some of these exact plates already, so I was happy that they match my others (I get OCD using different kinds of plates on the same dumbbell. The gray coating seems durable. I've had my other Olympic and standard CAP plates for a while and they are still in great shape.I'm definitely happy with the plates, and having more lets me preload my weights before I lift.Overall, I'd say that these plates are good quality and the price was great $24 or so for a pack of 4).I highly recommend them for anyone building out their home gym. I'd also suggest plenty of 10, 2.5, and 1.25 pound plates if you're building up your plate inventory. This is a good place to start. I may actually get some more 2.5s from Cap.

Best cheap 1" weight plates you can buy.
Best, cheap weights you can get. I stocked up on a bunch of 25s when they were on sale. Some of us still use 1" bars and these are the go to. You can spend more money if wanted but I chose to save money on the weights and put the extra funds into the Benches,etc. Enjoy!

Nice weights
One of them had an absolutely perfect finish and the other one had 2 runs in the paint that chipped off right away. One weighed 5 lb. 4oz. the other weighed 5 lb. 3 oz. Nice to see they didnāt skimp on the weight. Inside diameter is still 1 1/8th inch so they are loose fitting. Good buy.
