Fast paced fun game. Good value too.
Great game and fantastic value for the price! Bit like a cross between bananagrams and snap. Fast paced and great fun with a group of friends and a few drinks. Definitely thinking about picking up a few more from this range.

Learn to play in a few minutes but lots of fun with plenty of people.
The media could not be loaded. A quick and easy game that you can learn in a few minutes. Has lots of repeat play in it.Watch my video for an overview of how to play. The cards are high quality and the presentation of the game is really nice with a victorian parlour game style. The cards can be a little confusing as the letters are repeated and printed on the card upside, so players on the other side of the table can also read the card, however with some double letter cards such as "ON" this also looks like "NO".Great game for after a meal, at Christmas, travelling or on holiday.Well priced and perfect to slip into your bag for a bit of fun on the go.Hopefully you found this review helpful 👍

Not as much fun as Categories
This game is OK but Categories, another one in the same 'series' of games is more enjoyable

More suitable for children but great fun.
This is a simple enough game to understand - the dealer lays out the cards one by one face up and the first person who can make a word from the letters on at least three cards which can include a blank wildcard takes the cards for that word. When all the cards are dealt the winner is the one with the most cards - a round takes under ten minutes. Although it is marketed as game for ages 6+ I think it is more of a child orientated one rather than an after dinner one. The temptation is just to stick to simple three card words to stop someone else jumping in and to not be mocked for your spelling - but for kids it is learning through play which is great. The pack is small, about the size of a boxed bar of soap and is nicely designed with a retro feel. Good that the letters are shown upside down on the card too so that you can play across the table and avoid squabbling. Right price point for a nice little birthday party gift.

A fun education game which you can make more challenging
This is a really quick game to understand and start playing, the dealer simply puts down the cards one at a time until a word has ben shouted using at least 3 cards, its that simple. The winner takes the cards until none are left and the one with the most wins. The game stays fun as its quick, and can get silly at times with some random words created (often by the kids). Its for 6 years or more but really dependent on ability to read. Obviously playing adults and small children together and adults can have the advantage with more vocabulary knowledge. The great thing about the game is it gives the option to add to the skill requirement, you can increase the number of cards required to make a word or increase by one card each go as noted in the instructions. Or make it even tougher by selecting a category you have to make a word about. You could even have individual turns by allowing each person a timed limit to find a word or play passes on, so the card game stays interesting and has more playability. The cards are bottle shaped and come in a nice slide out box with instructions, a great game to take on travels as doesn't take up much space.

Easy to play and fun for a group
This is a nice game to play when you are bored but don't want to get involved in a long complicated board game. The packaging is interesting with an old fashioned design on the front and the package itself opens like a matchbox which I was not expecting. It was a little frustrating that there are two circular clear stickers on the pack to keep it closed in transit as you have to be really careful opening it in order to not damage the box. Fortunately it was fairly warm today and this meant I could get both stickers off without pulling off any of the design of the box. To play the game, cards are dealt and the object is to be the first to be able to shout out a word which contains letters on at least three of those cards. I'd say you can play a whole game of this in about 15 mins depending on how many are playing and the way the cards fall. It is fun to play, and the box is small enough to sit happily on the top of my book shelf. I see there are others in this series, but this particular game stood out to me as the most interesting personally.

Simple, fun, and portable word game
This is a good game for fans of Bananagrams and other easy-to-learn-hard-to-master word games. The premise is simple: quickly call out a word that can be made from three or more of the cards as they're being dealt - if the word is in a standard English dictionary, the caller will receive the cards that make up the word. The winner is the one with the most cards/points at the end of the game. The cards have a fun potion bottle shape that looks cool, but it makes them a little more awkward to shuffle. The quality of the cardboard seems good and they should hopefully last quite a few games before showing significant wear and tear. They come in a compact box that's a little bit bigger than a standard deck of playing cards, so it's a pretty portable game for traveling etc.
