Galco BSL-L Belt Speedloader Carrier Tan

I don't know how they get away with charging this much for this tiny little thing, but I suppose it's because thousands of us revolver owners are just stupid enough to pay for them.Like all Galco leather (I'm a HUGE fan, BTW and own Galco almost exclusively) it is very well made, the leather is sufficiently stiff and has a beautiful finish, and the snaps are solid and secure. It matches my Galco Holster perfectly.I can only say great things about Galco leather--looks, construction, fit and finish, utility and functionality--all are above reproach and top-quality. I just wish they didn't gouge us so much on these smaller accessories. I've got no problem paying $100 for a quality holster to carry around a $1000 handgun, but nearly $50 for a pouch to carry a $10 speedloader and $5 worth of ammo is a little usurious...

Took one star for being expensive, but it's GALCO so it's going to be expensive ANYWHERE. Great Leather, Best Quality by GALCO. Really great experience with the seller, lowest price around, fast shipping, would have been 5 stars except for the GALCO PRICE, not against the seller though.

this product will get you killed. use a different speedloader holder/ pouch.

Simple design but ingenious. You can add it to the belt without taking the belt off or even loosening it. Costs a little more than some of the nylon versions but if you like good leather, you will find it worth the extra couple bucks.

Dislike: Nothing holds the carrier to a belt other than the flap which is threaded UP behind the belt then OVER the top of the belt and then snaps into place. There is nothing to prevent the strap from twisting (example: exiting a vehicle). When the strap twists it no longer covers the speedloader, which leaves the speedloader vulnerable to falling out onto the ground. Also, when opened to retrieve a speedloader there is nothing keeping the carrier in place besides the friction between the flap and belt, so you could lose the carrier.Some people will love this carrier, but I returned the ones I purchased for the two faults given in the previous paragraph.

The product easily attaches anywhere on your belt after youve buckled your belt. Exactly what I was looking for. Also the carrier fits perfectly for my 5 shot speedloader for a Taurus 605 .357.

Nifty little speed loader, fits the SK 10A holding 6 rounds o .357 Mag. Haven't tried it with .38 Special yet, but there is plenty of room with snug fit and no rattle. Color matches the Galco holster from the same line. Good quality leather - not cheap looking. To answer another reviewers concern about the lop and lid being the same strip - it will allow for different lengths.

Quality speedloader at a good price.
