Funny, that the first reviewer
Funny, that the first reviewer, a 911 Paramedic, comments "not worth it for the quality you get", then the second reviewer provides a 5 Star Rating, commenting ONLY "Good Quality", in order to counter the earlier reviewer. Smacks of a "Paid Review" to bolster the item. I've not found any Medical Exam Pen LIghts that any anyone has been happy with that are good quality and withstand the use these things see. Durability has been an issue with them all, even for the most expensive ones. There's a market out there for a HIGH QUALITY Medical Exam Pen Light that is well made and durable!

I am a 911 Paramedic and I use my equipment ...
I am a 911 Paramedic and I use my equipment extensively every day, so I require durable gear. Unfortunately my Fortelux Penlight lasted only a few months before it began to fall apart. The pocket clip which is also the button is attached poorly so after minimal stress it began break. I have now returned to using my cheap disposable pen lights. Not worth the money for the quality you get.
